The room had a view of the JR tracks in front of me and the ocean behind it.It's located on top of a hill, so I didn't have to worry about the railroad tracks or other buildings. The two disappointing points are that [the road to the hotel is difficult] and [you have to pay more than 10,000 yen for tooth brushing and other amenities].[Hardness of the road to the hotel]We used the stairs, but since there was a difference in height and the stairs were not refurbished, it was difficult to carry a small suitcase up and down. Despite the cool weather, I was sweating and I hadn't eaten dinner yet, so I had talked about going to a restaurant after going to the hotel, but I gave up and ended up going to a pizzeria instead.Should I finish everything and go to the hotel? We recommend using a taxi.*The area around the hotel is a residential area.[Amenity charge]Toothbrush 1 piece 55 yenThere is a charge. There is also a bathing fee (150 yen per person), so even if you pay online, you will have to pay on-site.Be sure to have cash ready before heading to the hotel.

The mountain road to the hotel is really tough, and as a hotel, the 23:00 curfew makes no sense.Rooms are spacious and comfortable

When I explained that my check-in time would be 90 minutes late due to a fatal accident on the Tokaido Line, I was charged a "late check-in fee" that was not mentioned anywhere.I said I wouldn't pay because it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the terms and conditions, so I didn't have to pay, but the police immediately called 110, told me I wouldn't leave, locked the door, locked me up, and made me stranded for an hour, making me late for work.Although the police officer does not intervene in civil matters, he asked me to look at the terms and conditions with him and pointed out that it was strange that the inn was charging for something that was not written in the law. When I wrote a review about this on Rakuten Travel and Google, it was deleted, and then I received an email and letter informing me that I would be filing a civil suit for defamation of the review, as well as nuisance fees and compensation. If you want to judge, please do so. We are also suppressing evidence such as delay certificates, station entry records, and evidence that your company is trying to claim things that are not in the Atami Police Station police regulations, so we will spread the progress on Twitter and YouTube. Also, it seems like they charged a cancellation fee during the Izuyama debris flow. This is a horrible company that doesn't treat guests as customers.

This time, I took the bus bound for MOA Museum of Art (does not run on days when the museum is closed) and took a 5-minute walk downhill from the museum bus stop to arrive at Atami Boyokan. The last bus is at 17:20. From the MOA Museum bus stop, you could see a little of the mountains on the other side, and the view was nice.Google Maps didn't seem to show it, so I didn't realize that you could come by bus.*Even though it's not crowded, I always have a room on the first floor where I can't see the sea, so that's a shame.None of the first floors have a panoramic view of the ocean. .

The staff's service was quite good, and the hotel was highly rated for its clean appearance and quiet atmosphere, but the futon had popcorn on it and the pillows were lined up with stains. I was so worried that I couldn't sleep at night. This is really the only thing I regret. If this is the only area that can be improved, it will be highly evaluated. I can really recommend it for the price.

After reading the reviews, I was prepared to climb the hill (lol). I took a taxi to get there. The taxi driver was scary (lol)We climbed a steeper slope than expected to arrive at the hotel.Thank you for staying with us for two nights without meals. The view is amazing! The room is a tatami room and is old. It's like pulling a futon by yourself. The bath has a great view too!The hot water also makes your skin smooth! My body is warm♨️When I went out on the second day and returned to the hotel in the afternoon, there was no one at the front desk.No matter how many times I call the hotel. .The front desk asked us to wait in the lobby until 16:00. . .The time was past 2:30 p.m. .If the front desk is not available, please say hello when you go out. .Even if you leave a letter at the front deskNo contact. .I wasn't asked anything when I checked out (lol)in a good way for meIt was quiet and relaxing thoughAlthough it was a cheap stay. .You have to take care of your customers. .It was also a great exercise! There is a school next to the inn.I'm climbing these stairs every day! I'm so impressed✨

I made a reservation because this was the only place I could get on New Year's Eve.Even though it's a 4-person room, I can't lay out 4 futons side by side.It feels like there are 3 pieces and 1 piece that is close to it.And self.Even toothbrushes are paid, and various thingsEven though it was New Year's Eve, 140,000 yen for 4 people (including 1 child) was too expensive for this quality.Meals may not be enough for older adults. Is there only one staff member at the reception? Almost self. This was the worst stay I've ever had on New Year's Eve.
