You can take a bath as much as you want as the hot spring source is 70 degrees so be careful. There is a kitchen and a rice cooker. If you bring your ingredients and seasonings, you can eat in your room! I bought a frozen product that can be heated in the microwave at Max Value. I think it's a great option if you want to save money on a family trip.It is safe to check what is available and what is not in advance. There's one big frying pan, so I guess it's for family use... The bath is great.

Tokyu Vacations remains as stable as ever. The room is clean and comfortable. If I have time, I would like to stay for a few nights to relax. There is no public bath, but the bath in the room is made of cypress wood and has natural hot spring water. Apparently the temperature is 70 degrees, so guests have to adjust the temperature to get in, but it's still fun.Like everywhere else, the kitchen is authentic. There are plenty of dishes and cutlery, but there are no seasonings, so I buy them in advance at a convenience store. Also, there are no vending machines in the facility, so it's better to buy them at a convenience store.

The road to the hotel is quite narrow, so if you are by car,Caution is required. There is also parking for 4 cars, but advance reservations are required.I went there with two cars and was lucky that it was empty.Like other Tokyu Vacations, the rooms are condominium-style, so they have a washing machine with dryer, a functional kitchen, and cooking utensils. The hot spring bath I was looking forward toThe size of a normal bathroom is a little small. The view also makes me wonder about the hotel construction in front of me.When I opened the window, the sea breeze felt nice. However, it is a relatively new facility, so it is clean. It's a bit of a walk to the convenience store, so be sure to check in before checking in.It would be better to procure water and food. There is an Aeon supermarket nearby, but there is no parking lot.Although it is a little further away, there is another MaxValu, so that is convenient. It's a short walk from Atami Station and Nakamise. The location is good ♫

This is a resort condominium, not a hotel. The door to the room is a normal apartment building, so if you're expecting a hotel, you'll be surprised at how ordinary it is, but the inside is clean and spacious. With a hot spring bath, the bathtub is spacious and relaxing. As mentioned in other comments, the hotel is under construction and I am concerned about the view from the rooms. It is about a 5 minute walk from Heiwa Dori near Atami Station. I think the location is good as it is close to the sea. There are Vacations, but the front desk staff are not hotel staff, so it is better not to worry about customer service.

It was a very hot day, so I thought about taking a taxi from the station, but I strolled through the shopping street in front of the station, went down a steep hill, and then down the hill, it was on my left and it was close to the station. Please be careful as the slope is so steep that your suitcase may fall over. The room I was given was on the 6th floor, the top floor. The view was great and it was nice to have a balcony. The newly built Pearl Star Hotel will be on your right in front of you. And on the left, a hotel is under construction that was scheduled to open next year. I was worried about what would happen to the beautiful view of Sun Beach if this was done. It will probably be almost invisible. The whole room was very comfortable and easy to use. And, as expected, Tokyu was clean everywhere. The hot spring bath was also great. The bed mat doesn't suit me and I think I'll hesitate to stay there next time. The beds at Excel Hotel Tokyu are extremely comfortable. . Also, although there were 2 people staying there, 2 bath towels and 2 face towels were provided, and we didn't have enough face towels at all. I had to wash it in the washer/dryer in my room, but if you contact the front desk, they might be able to prepare one for you. Nightwear with separate tops and bottoms is stylish, but it was too thick and hot to wear in the summer, so I ended up wearing summer loungewear that I brought with me. There are no vending machines inside the building, so I bought some water at Seijo Ishii in the station building before heading out.
