I went with three high school students.Maybe it's because I'm a high school student, but it was so good that I had no idea what was wrong with it.I was nervous after reading the reviews before going. However, there was no ``no electrical outlet'' as mentioned in the reviews, and the bathroom and room were just like any other inn. Please note that there was only one large toilet! ! As for the food I was interested in, it was the type that I would eat by myself in the morning, but it was delicious. Hot pot for dinner? It was something like that, but this was also normal. Both were warm. I don't think you need to prepare yourself like that. Everything is normal.If I had to point out a bad point, it would be about the rental.Don't expect to rent one.My friend rented one at her hotel, but I didn't like it, so I rented one at a ski resort. I think there are 3 board grades, the bottom one is the worst, the second one was borrowed by a friend and I was able to skate normally (I can't say anything because I haven't experienced it myself), and the top one. is a brand name board, but if you want to rent it, I think it would be better to use one from a ski resort, so please discuss the cost with us.Also, the quality of the rental wear, top and bottom, gloves, and goggles is poor.Honestly, I think it's better to buy it yourself, or if you're never going to ski, you can rent it, but I wonder how many years you've been using it. It was a tool that felt like this, so I think it would be better to buy this if you have the money.In summary, rentals are terrible. I think this is a normal place to stay, so please enjoy skiing! It was so good that I would stay there again. If the food doesn't taste good, there are convenience stores in town, but there aren't any nearby, so I recommend buying it during the day or at night and stocking up. It's better not to buy cup noodles because the hotel didn't have a water heater.I bought some and took them home lol.There is a hamburger shop, so be sure to check it out! ! It was delicious!

The indescribable smell from the room stuck to my ski clothes and I couldn't get it off even when I got home.I don't want to give even one star for the staff's response, food, and sanitary environment.

the room smellsIt doesn't smell like dust or anything like that.The food is badWorst attitude of employeesA bug came out🐜🐜🐜I couldn't bear it anymore so I rented another hotel and slept there.I will never go there again. I want this inn to go out of business immediately.

A ski trip you should never laugh atThe most delicious thing about dinner was water. As expected, the water in Nozawa is delicious. The rice was yellow and the curry had a sour taste that I had never had before. The garbage can in the room was clogged with garbage, and the toilet was clogged so water wouldn't flush. The store staff's response was also excellent. It's not like it's a cheap accommodation or anything like that. I wouldn't stay overnight even for free. I'll probably never go again. I pray that there will be at least one less person like me. Originally I would have given it 0 stars, but the water was delicious so I'll give it 1 star.

You should definitely quit here! ! !Same as other poor reviews.Big Sports Rental, which we are working with, is really a scam!When I went to rent a friend's clothes, she told me that she needed to upgrade her clothes, so I rented her clothes from about 20 years ago, which were battered and torn, for 1,000 yen a day!My ski shoes only had one buckle, so I had no choice but to buy worn out ones with four buckles for 1,000 yen a day!They don't even have the same size! It smells so bad!The skis are also scratched!The edges are full of scratches, so I wouldn't be able to rent something like this!It feels like I brought something that was discarded!Very unpleasant with filthy staff who can't even understand the staff's conversation. You're making fun of your customers too much. It was a great trip!

This is a hotel with no one at the front desk. If you need something, please call us by phone.The room smells of cigarettes. When I opened the refrigerator in my room, I found a Surströmming pet. The heater next to the refrigerator will decide to turn off within two seconds of being turned on. As the pioneers said, dinner is bean sprouts, white rice, and water.Please be careful when using this hotel.
