As many other reviews have said, the food and the staff's service are amazing!All of the employees were foreigners, but they were kind, courteous, and flexible. It was a very relaxing space, including the atmosphere of the hotel.This was my first time traveling to Atami, but I would definitely like to use them again the next time I go.

My family of 3 used it for 2 nights and 3 days (2024/07/21 to 2024/07/23) right after my elementary school children started their summer vacation.All of the staff members were from overseas, but they all spoke Japanese very well, and we never had to ask for explanations about the hotel, and they were always greeted with a smile, so we had a comfortable stay.The happy hour that started immediately after check-in was a blissful time for someone like me who loves alcohol.Assorted seafood for each person for dinner? will be provided, but I personally don't think it's necessary.They claim to have all-you-can-eat abalone, snow crab, and marbled beef, so wouldn't it be better to eat as much of what you like as possible without wasting anything?Just like dinner, breakfast and dinner are served in single servings, but I think it would be better to stick to the buffet style.The dried Kinmedai that I ate on the first day was delicious, and I was looking forward to the second day, but unfortunately, there was no dried Kinmedai on the second day.This is a major disappointing point.The hotel is located on a hill, so our family, who live in a prefecture without water, had a great view of the ocean from our room. However, the path from the station to the hotel is steep, so if you are going by train, we recommend taking a taxi from the station. .I will definitely use it again when I go on a trip to Atami!thank you very much!

Maybe it's because it's the rainy season, but the only guests staying were us and one other couple, and most of the time it was reserved.I was able to use the public bath by myself in the morning and evening, had a delicious happy hour, dinner, and breakfast, and played some games like billiards.It was a really fun trip.

I used it with my baby.Although there were many foreigners, they treated us kindly.The lobby was on the 4th floor and had a great view.The meals were all-you-can-eat for dinner and breakfast, and all the dishes were delicious and filling! There was a high-low chair for children, which was helpful.The breakfast seafood bowl was all seared, but it was delicious! There are many types of grilled fish, so I think it's good for people who like Japanese food.In addition to the meals, we also had snacks and ramen for dinner, which was great!I ate and ate and ate (lol)The futon was an Air mattress, so it was very comfortable to sleep in, unlike other hotels! !⭐︎5 things...I would like to say that, but...-1 because it is a unit bus.There was no lotion, so you'll need to bring your own.renovation? It was beautiful as it was, butThat was the only disappointing part.It was inconvenient for us with small children who could not use the public bath.When my children grow up and I have the opportunity to travel to Atami again, I would like to use it!

I made a reservation here as it happened to be empty during the New Year, and it exceeded my expectations.Although the staff was from a foreign country, they were attentive and very kind.It's been renovated so everything is clean.The all-you-can-drink alcohol service from 3pm to 6pm, the BBQ dinner, the mini ramen service in the evening, and the all-you-can-eat seafood rice bowl service in the morning were all delicious and I was really satisfied.I would like to stay here again when I come to Atami.The only thing that bothers me is that the room key is old and difficult to use, and there is an all-you-can-drink soft drink including coffee in the lobby, but since I want to drink coffee in the morning in my room, I want an instant one.Also, since there is only a mirror in the restroom, I would like to have a mirror in my room as it would be troublesome if I had to clash with my partner's bathroom when doing makeup.
