There wasn't anything great about it other than the indoor bath (hot spring), so if I have the chance to stay there next time, I think I'll book a room without meals and pay in advance (online payment).*At 3pm, there is no one at the reception desk. You will have to press the chime and wait a few minutes.*The room was different from the one I reserved.*For dinner, we were taken to a small room, and the elderly couple next to us were yelling loudly the whole time, so we talked to the young hostess about it, but we had no choice but to put up with it.*They were busy bringing each item one by one, but almost all of them were cold.*I wanted to eat slowly and calmly, but my half-eaten food was taken away and dinner was finished in 40 minutes.*First of all, I was annoyed by the young proprietress's tone, which sounded like a business hotel manual. Even though there were only 5 groups staying that day, we cannot expect any improvement in the future.

I visited Naraya for the first time on an overnight hot spring trip. The landlady came to the parking lot to meet us. The system was explained to me in detail and I was shown to my room. The room is a Japanese-Western twin. It looks like it has been renovated... Immediately after entering, go to the bedroom and proceed to the bathroom. When you opened the door, it was a Japanese-style room, which was nice and spacious, but I thought it was difficult to use in terms of flow. The meal was delicious. However, I was surprised at how soft the rice was. Why? Why is it so soft? It's strange. Is this always the case at this inn? The staff's polite response was very good.

A great hot spring hotel, especially if you can soak in it directly after skiingRelieve fatigue and soreness and have the courage to fall again🥲Spring snow in March is still very cold, but the temperature is acceptableIt’s a wonderful experience to take a bath outdoors while it’s snowing. The room is warm, comfortable, spacious, clean and fully heatedThe Japanese-style tatami bed is a bit hard, so you need to get used to it.Stayed for three nights 👍One like

It was a nice inn with a historic building and hot water that smelled of sulfur. For meals, we ate local cuisine, rock fish and trout sashimi, salt-grilled rock fish, vegetable tempura, wagyu steak, and the must-try Nozawa pickled vegetables in a large, completely private room. The delicious meal progressed, and the second bowl was a bowl of rice. (lol)Nozawa Onsen is said to be the birthplace of the public bath tour. I visited three baths, but they were all so hot that I couldn't soak in them, and there were some bathtubs that were too hot to soak in. On the other hand, I was able to take my time in the hot water at the inn and relax.

I came across Naraya Ryokan on the way to Asagama, so I asked at the entrance if I could get a pamphlet, and a staff member came out after a while. When I asked for a pamphlet, they pretended to be busy and gave it to me, but they said to me to take a look at their homepage, and just walked away coldly.I'm very disappointed. We consider only those who stay with us to be our customers. I would like to tell you that that is a mistake.I probably won't go to this inn!
