There are only a few Sukagawa soba restaurants. You can enjoy soba noodles made with solid Oyama Bokuchi Tsunagi. It's best to check by phone before going.Even if you make a reservation, it may take some time.(Isn't it open for lodging?)

I went there for the first time in two years. I visit this place as one of my touring destinations. Sukagawa soba is famous for its strong texture, and the owner of this shop supplies buckwheat flour to local soba restaurants, so it's truly homemade. My mother-in-law, who was a soba master, taught me the secret of making soba, and the soba noodles were still in good condition, clear and firm, and went smoothly down my throat, making me very satisfied. I also enjoyed the bracken dipping sauce that was served.

It is located at the top of a mountain slope in a rural village in the mountains. The customer service that gives you the feel of a relative's auntie makes you feel at ease. The atmosphere is friendly, so customers may have to do some work, such as giving out dishes. The most important soba is the soba noodles that are transparent and glossy. You can feel the crunchy texture of Oyamabokuchi that is unique to Sukagawa soba. The texture is moderate, so it doesn't have a sticky texture, and it goes down easily, so you can enjoy it easily. This is a popular restaurant that attracts customers from far and wide, so the soba noodles may run out by mid-afternoon.We recommend going early.

Yamanouchi is 💓♥️❤️. I had Sukagawa soba for the first time. I was impressed. I always eat soba in Nagano, and the soba I had here was delicious, and I thought the homemade a la carte dish (service) was also very well seasoned. An old man is in charge of customer service! I'm a friendly person who likes to talk.It seems that everyone in the area can weave Sukagawa Bamboo Crafts, but is there anyone who can teach me about it?
