The location is excellent. From the Shiga Kogenyama bus stop, you can take the gondola down to Aspen, right at the connection between Giant, Habu Hot Spring, and Nishidatesan ski resorts. If you miss the cable car time, you can call the hotel and drive up to the mountain station to pick you up.The room is spacious and clean, the heating is strong, the dinner menu will change, the hot spring is great, and there is also a drying room to store ski equipment (note! You cannot take the elevator while wearing snowshoes!)Guests can buy discounted ski passes at the counter, which are very cheap! There are all kinds of drinks for a fee, so guests who like to drink can be satisfied. The bread in Aspen is delicious, don’t miss breakfast. The meal time should be on time and the dishes should be relatively complete. The only drawback is that the network is not very strong. You need to be close to the door or go directly to the stairwell for better connection.

This hotel is located within the Shiga Kogen Ski Resort. The food is delicious, and the apple pie and homemade bread available only on Saturdays and Sundays are the best. There is a walk from the parking lot, but there are no ups and downs, so I thought it would be easy. At night, the dining room on the first floor turns into a bar, so even small groups can enjoy the inn.

Truly low-key rooms, baths were small but service was 5 stars. We got bogged in the driveway and the hotel owner and staff came after they had finished their evening shift to help us out in the cold.Breakfast and dinner was buffet style, simple but good. Got to see snow monkeys at brekky.Location was excellent with the chairlift just nearby

This hotel does not follow the posted instructions to pick you up from Yamanashi Station and bring you to your accommodation. It is also very slow in replying to messages, which makes travelers feel uneasy. For these reasons, I do not recommend this hotel.

Real ski in / ski out accommodation. Great staff and good food for a very reasonable price. Relaxing onsen inside the hotel. Children are welcome and they are treated really well. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness, we had a great stay.

I went there for lunch during the ski season last year and it was delicious, so I decided to stay this year. However, the meals for the guests were buffet style both morning and evening and were not particularly delicious. On weekdays, over 80% are foreigners, and on weekends, 70% are foreigners. Well, it's similar everywhere, but it was still better because there weren't many Chinese restaurants.Competitions are frequently held on the ski slope in front of you.The parking lot is full from early morning. Please note that there is no parking lot for guests.

I used it for a ski break. The restaurant was known for its delicious piping hot, homemade apple pie and bread.
