Customer service was very goodThe room was a little set back from Lake Suwa, and although it was a lake-side room, there was a police station in my line of sight, so I didn't have a sense of openness with the view. Also, there was no open-air bath at the bathhouse, which was a shame.Wi-Fi in the room was hopelessly weak

I have been a repeat customer since before the renovation.I look forward to every mealYou can fully enjoy the ingredients of Shinshu, and you can see that the menu has been designed with new ideas. This year's meal was especially surprising (*´ω`*)I'm also interested in beauty treatments, so I'll try it next year.

Traveling to Nagano and Gunma prefectures from July 19th to 22ndWe used this as our accommodation on our last day. There was coffee and apricot water in front of the front desk, which I received at check-in and after breakfast. As for the room, my husband and I had back pain and couldn't stay in a Japanese-style room, so we got a twin room. It was at the end, so it was the farthest from the elevator. The room was spacious and clean, with an indoor bath and a view of Lake Suwa.I forgot to take a picture of the dinner menu, but this was my first time eating fig tempura. The last one was smoked and grilled sweetfish with dashi chazuke, but it was so addictive that I ate it without putting the sweetfish on top. It would have been nice to have regular Ochazuke. I was so full that I couldn't finish eating. The staff greeted me pleasantly and I was able to enjoy my meal.

It's a little far from the inn area, so you can take a taxi from the station|It's not facing the lake, so the view is not good|I'm trying to overcome the drawbacks with the service|I can relax without any complaints …

I paid an additional fee to book a lake view room, but the ruined Suwakoen building blocked my view, and the high-rise police station building was on the left. Furthermore, I was attracted to the photos of the open-air bath, so I made a reservation, but the hotel didn't have an open-air bath. I couldn't sleep because I kept getting hot when I put on a thick winter comforter and cold when I didn't. Why not change it to a summer comforter? A series of disappointments, and the price is high.

The weather was nice on the day I stayed, and I could see Lake Suwa clearly from my room. All the employees were pleasant and kind. The food was delicious and seemed to use a lot of local ingredients. The bath is open-air and the indoor bath is not that big either.Since there are only a few rooms, the number of people who can enter depending on the time of day is not large, so I think it is sufficient. However, there were only two washbasins in the changing room, and although there were various amenities, there was only one set of lotion and emulsion. When I got out of the bath, someone else was using the hair dryer right in front of me, so I couldn't even say sorry, so I went back to my room and used the hair dryer I had brought with me.There was no face wash, lotion, or emulsion in the bathroom of the room, which was a bit disappointing. We recommend that you bring your own from home. The room was very clean and calm.It was small and it was easy to go to places to eat.

It wasn't a room facing the lake, but facing the mountain isn't bad either. It's close to the National Highway and the Chuo Line, so if you like trains or cars, you can see it from the window. I could hear the sounds of trains and large vehicles, but it didn't bother me as long as there was TV, music, etc. I can't rate the food because I stayed without meals. The room was a Japanese-style room that had been beautifully renovated, but the power outlet was not very well placed, so I wish I had an extension cord. The toilet was separate from the washroom and was easy to use with a warm water washing toilet seat. There were chairs, but there were no chairs to sit on, so if you really want to sit down, I recommend using the sofas in the lobby or the stylish chairs in the bath entrance hallway. I was able to see the fireworks over Lake Suwa for just a few minutes using a service provided by Suwa City during the off-season, and it was great! There was a viewing platform on the roof and the sunset was beautiful. The hot springs were average. Skin care products were well stocked.
