Very friendly and helpful staff 👍 quite location with nice gardens and grounds. Air-conditioning for the rooms a bit underpowered but comfortable. The pool, living and dining areas are big, the bedrooms and bathrooms also large and have everythingyou need.A bit dated, but renovations are being carried out around the property. We had breakfast each day which was a mix of buffet and fresh cooked, plenty of good food in a nice dining area.Would definitely stay again.

Centrally located hotel with single villas, with private pool. The personal garden is beautifully planted and quiet. There was some noise due to renovations, but these were necessary, otherwise very quiet.The staff is very friendly and helps immediately with everything, including special requests and questions.We had a 2 person villa with a kitchen and a very large bathroom. I was able to swim in the pool, which was a great size. The bedroom had a king size bed, with 2 pillows each, very comfortable.You can order food to the villa from the restaurant at any time.Everything is very clean and well-kept, a really nice facility where you have your own personal space.

Perfect for families and groups wanting to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Seminyak. Great Villas with private pool, staff are friendly and Ketut stood out in making sure the visit was a memorable one. Easy connectivity to both south and north of Bali.||Food options can improve.

A beautiful villa with exceptional staff. However the villas seems neglected. Some renovations will definitely lift the ratings and add value. There are minimum lights outdoor and walking along the small alley towards the shops. Please consider solar lights those doesn't cost anything. The place is beautiful but serious renovations are needed. Bathroom paint is peeling and new tiles will light the place. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was excellent as we ordered from the menu, however the presentation could improve with some new serving dishes.Pool needs MAJOR cleaning please!!! Drain the water, scrub wash and repaint!!! Moulds!!

Me and my family had a really nice time during our holiday at Bidadari. The location is perfect! Very close to Canggu & Seminyak. Not TOO busy and close to everything you want & need. The rooms are big & clean and very private, we enjoyed our private pool a lot and the staff is very friendly. Only thing that could be improved is the airconditioning was not 100% working the way it supposed to be, no powersockets to charge your phone or other electronics in the room and at night the pool area could use some lights.We will definitely come back here!

The villas are wonderful!!! Lovely! The air works very well!!! Everything smells great and is very well equipped! The location is very good and they are very helpful!!! It is very close to everything and they will provide you with any type of help without hesitation! Congratulations!! Keep it up! Nearby there is a supermarket and a local store where you can buy fruit and more! You can hire any tour at a very good price! Ask about KETUT! He is a wonderful person and very polite, thank you very much for everything! Highly recommended!I REMOVED 3 STARS: although I would remove them all, because yesterday at check out at 7 p.m. the young guy at the reception had a live bird, locked inside a plastic bottle closed with the cap and it made us want to cry.

My brother and I had an amazing stay at this luxurious resort. The rooms, villas, pool, food and service were incredible. The staff were so helpful, accomodating us to make sure we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. There are lots of nearby restaurants and bars, a car and bike rental store, and yoy are only a short drive from any major beaches or strips. 10/10

I want to give zero star to this third class resort but that option is not available.Very bad/ poor and third class resort even one star hotels/ resorts are very much better than this resort. I have a very bad experience with this resort.When I was in this resort I found frogs and other insects in my personal swimming pool/ bath tub (they will never clean the swimming pool) and so many lizards in the main area of my personal room of this resort. There are also no electric lamps anywhere near swimming pool, and even anywhere in the resort except reception area (whole resort is the total dark area). On the/ my way from reception area of the resort to my booked resort room I can't even walk without torch at evening/night. In my room the electric lamps are of so bad quality that I was unable to found my personal belongings in the room. I am not wrong If I will say it's a resort without electric lamps.Not a single electric socket was there in my room where I can charge my mobile/ my mobile power bank etc.. If I have to charge my mobile then I have to plug out the table lamp which causes my room very dark.Air conditioner quality very bad and size was very small if I will say it was of no use I am not wrong.I will never recommend this resort to any of my contacts.Apart from above - I wish to give 10/10 to Mr. Andy (Working with this resort) except him all deserves 0/10 from my side.
