We had a beautiful spacious room at the front of the hotel with a streetview. However, there are no curtains and our room was very light all night. Streetlights shone in the room all night long and we had to resort to putting up clothes and anything else we could find to try and block this light. We barely slept because of this. It's not good enough for almost 30,000 yen a night hotel. Some rooms smelt like smoke eventhough apparently non-smoking.

Absolutely fantastic stay with the most welcoming and hospitable staff.Location is perfect, just a hop skip from the station and easy walk to the river.Room, amenities, private onsen, beautiful selection of yukatas to pick from, ryokan in itself - 10 out of 10!Not sure if it's publicly advertised but theres was a private photo room in the ryokan (found out about it on their website prior to trip. You're welcome!) and it's just a fun extra added perk to staying here!Last bit certainly not least - the staff! They go above and beyond to ensure you have the absolute best time. Their kindness and warm energy was felt with every encounter and I can't suggest this place enough for your stay! Loved it and was sad to leave.どうもありがとうございます。 ♥️

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff, the room and the whole experience were great and very comfortable. I had been travelling for 3 weeks in Japan and I needed a proper rest. The onsen town is great to have a break and just restore your body and relax. I would love to come back!

We cannot recommend this place enough! Superb service, 2 mins from the JR station, lots of nice touches (welcome drink, welcome snack, free yukata rental with so many designs to choose from, free photo studio, private bath etc etc).

Since it was a same-day reservation, there were no room or meal options, but they accommodated me courteously. The room is a Japanese style room with a queen size bed.Maybe for young people? It may have been a low grade room as described. At Kinosaki Onsen, if you're visiting the public baths, you won't have time to relax in the room, and you'll just be sleeping, so a simple room was sufficient. As for food, there are many restaurants nearby, so I didn't have any trouble eating my favorite foods.I enjoyed Kinosaki wearing a yukata, geta, and a flashy red umbrella from the hotel.

It opens at 3pm. We arrived early but we were able to leave our baggage behind before we go for lunch. The room is spacious and clean. It’s hard to book their private onsen between 8pm-11pm. Nevertheless their breakfast was good: Day 1 was western while Day 2 was Japanese. The staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

You can take photos in kimono, and there are 7 hot springs to soak in. Dinner includes charcoal-grilled Tajima Wagyu beef, long-legged crab sashimi, charcoal-grilled long-legged crab, and rice with fish.

I went there by car, but it was raining that day, so it was difficult to find it from inside the car. It might be easier to understand if you walk. The parking lot was a little far away, so it was a bit troublesome to have to stop at the inn once. Also, I thought the road to the parking lot was a bit narrow and could be dangerous if there were a lot of pedestrians. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The food was also delicious. Personally, I find vegetables very delicious. I am satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. However, I don't like people talking to me about various things while I'm eating, so that's the only downside. I think people who like conversation will have no problem. The bath can be reserved for private use at night, so I took my time in the bath, but the water was hot so I took some time to get used to it.I woke up early in the morning to a loud noise, probably because there was a boiler near the window of the room, but I didn't use the bath at night.I think it was good overall.
