This was the best stay my partner and I have had in a LONG time. The service was so lovely and the staff was so caring - and not to mention how great the private meal was for the most filling breakfast and dinner. They give you everything you need to visit the onsens and are very knowledgeable about the area as well. If you are making a trip to Kinosakionsen please stay here, you will have a great time!!

The service was very attentive and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The bath can only fit about 2 people, so if you want to soak it all in, I think it's a good idea to go to a different bath since it's a hot spring town. However, the Wi-Fi was weak, so I think you should be careful about that.

This is an inn that I use every year around the time of crab🦀.The crab dishes are quite large, including raw, steamed, grilled, and tempura! Everything is very delicious and I'm very satisfied 👍I like the stylish feel of the room ❤️It's close to the public bath, and you can see the willow street lit up at night.Private bath is also hot spring ♨️It's a calm inn ❤️❤️❤️There aren't many amenities, so it's a good idea to bring a hairbrush 😊

After coming to Kyoto, I invited a classmate to come to Kinosaki to eat crab. There was a huge amount of sashimi, grilled crab, tempura, and hot pot, but they were all delicious. It's a wonderful inn.

Onsen pass given for stay with ryokan! We came the week before Nov 7 and so crab season hasn’t started…😭. Note to come after Nov 7!!! Meals are in a separate room from the one you sleep in. Filling! Fun experience to eat in yukatas! The whole town was fun, it is common to see people you encounter on the street in clogs and yukatas. This ryokan is almost right next to a family mart (yay famichiki!) and near the bath houses and station. Check the status/capacity of each bathhouse on the Kinosaki website to see how full it is or when they close and open.

The food was plentiful and delicious, just as the reviews said.Credit card payments will be declined.There was a payment terminal, so I asked why, and was told that it was not possible to make reservations through the official website or over the phone.I ended up withdrawing money at a convenience store. Other guests were also confused.I guess it's a shame that the credit card fee is deducted by the travel site, but I don't know what I want to do, since I could just pass it on to the price.I felt bad at the very end.If you are staying overnight, please prepare cash.
