It was my first time to travel to Japan and I stayed at Kinosaki Onsen. I felt very good hotel service. The hotel also provided Japanese cuisine with seasonal ingredients. The work stress was relieved and I felt very happy. I had a comfortable bath and the dinner was very good. Eat, the air is clean, it is a quiet and relaxing environment, the waitress surnamed Ruan who served me gave her the biggest reward👍; for breakfast, there was hot soup and delicious white rice, and the lobby also provided delicious coffee☺️

I stayed here on a family trip for 2 nights and 3 days during the September holidays. Since it was my first time visiting a hot spring inn with my one-year-old child, I booked a plan that included things like a bumbo and diaper trash can in the guest room. It was also good that the meals were served in the room. From our guest room, we could see the garden and hear the chirping of birds and bell insects at night. After the kids went to bed, my husband and I could take turns soaking in the hot springs and relaxing. After getting out of the hot springs, there are free drinks next to the lobby where you can relax for a while. (Beer, local beer, ginger ale, sake, wine, etc.) We came to Kinosaki Onsen for the first time, and the hot spring town was quite lively at night, so although it was a little far away, this inn was very quiet, which was good for us. It was. After dinner, we took a shuttle bus to the hot spring town, so we enjoyed the cityscape of Kinosaki Onsen on the first night. The food was also very delicious. I thought there wouldn't be any crabs in September, but I was so happy when they showed up for dinner on the first day! Thank you for accommodating me in various ways, such as changing the menu to include less perishables because I was pregnant. Our first hot spring trip as a family of three was a great memory ✨

This is the ryokan. It's a little out of town, but it's quiet and relaxing. You can see the garden from your room, so you can read a book and feel like a literary master. I had a full meal in my room. I went by car because I had bad legs, but they met me at the entrance and put my car in the parking lot. I don't think it would be possible to provide this level of service given the lack of manpower. When I get rich, I want to make it my permanent home. I thought it would be nice to have a room with a bed if I was only ordering one thing.

The passengers were very calm and the food was very satisfying. Also, the staff was very courteous and I would definitely use them again. It's a little far from the hot spring town, but they will pick you up after dinner, so it's not a problem.

It's a bit far to visit the hot springs, so I'd be happy if there was a shuttle service.Even though I walked there, it would have been nice if someone could at least pick me up before dinner on the way back.I was exhausted just walking home by dinner time.I was told that they could now pick me up and drop me off at a time when I was too full to take a bath after dinner.Immediately after dinner, I was full and had a hard time, so I took a short break before heading out, but this time I had so little time until the pick-up time that I didn't feel like I was going to be able to take it easy, so I gave up.I would be happy if you could pick me up before dinner instead of after.

There's no shop, so I'm disappointed! There are no shops nearby and the food is not good!

I stayed there at the end of the year on my second visit to Kinosaki, and the hospitality I received during my stay was so amazing. We were able to store our luggage before check-in, and the shuttle bus transfer was very quick, so we didn't have to worry about the distance from the center at all. I stayed as a family with children, and it was a great stay where I was very satisfied with the food, baths, garden, and lounge. I will visit again.
