As the name suggests, this hot spring is located deep inside. It takes less than 30 minutes up the mountain road from Route 52, a narrow road where you can't pass each other. Be careful as there are falling rocks in some places 🐾It was thick and similar to Umegashima Onsen? It wasn't my plan at all, but I found out on Google Maps that there was a hot spring nearby so I decided to go there. Even though it's deep in the mountains, it's a beautiful building, so I feel a sense of relief.

It is said to be a secret hot spring located deep in the mountains. Is it somewhere like this? That's what I thought, but when I arrived, I was surprised to find that the building was more modern than I expected (lol). It feels like there is a super public bath in the middle of town tucked away deep in the mountains (lol). The hot springs have a large open-air bath and are lukewarm, so you can stay in them for as long as you like. Personally, I was hoping for a more secluded hot spring that would suit the location (lol).

I saw a signboard for a secret hot spring and went on a tour.Along the way, we drove for about 30 minutes on a mountain road that looked like a paved forest road. There are some places where it is difficult to pass each other. When you arrive at the facility, you won't believe it's deep in the mountains. It's a beautiful facility. Since it was a weekday before summer vacation, it was almost completely reserved. The hot springs have no chlorine odor and the three bathtubs are large. Apparently, the waiting room gets full on weekends and when people come to the campsite below. For me from out of town, it's 900 yen. It would have been the best for 700 yen, but I guess it makes sense. You can also take a nap in the tatami room's rest room. It's a good place. On the way, trucks for forestry and rockfall repair work will pass by, so be careful.
