This is a pure Japanese-style inn located in Higashi Shirakawa Village, which is rich in nature.The room on the second floor overlooks the river and you can hear the sound of the murmuring stream.The room was well-maintained despite its age, and in addition to the air conditioner, they also provided a fan heater and electric blanket during the cold months.What is noteworthy is the elaborate cuisine that you would find in a Japanese restaurant.For dinner, in addition to the contents shown in the photo, you can have sweetfish tempura, ginger rice, and dessert served in your room.The Hida beef shabu-shabu was a delicious dish.Breakfast will be served in the dining room on the first floor.The price is 8,580 yen (tax included) as shown on the website.

A small inn deep in the mountains of Gifu. Mainly fishing customers. There was only one other customer besides us that day. The elegant landlady will take care of you carefully and make you feel comfortable. As you would expect from a culinary inn, the food is delicious. I was surprised that my mother, who is elderly and has no appetite these days, ate all the leftovers. Breakfast is also delicious with a reasonable amount. It seems that about 100 years have passed since its establishment. There are some downsides, like there's only one bath and you have to change it out, there's nothing around, and the river is noisy at night, but overall it's a perfect stay.I would like to go again.

I am using it for lunch boxes.I make a reservation the day before, and it's always delicious! There are a lot of seasonal ingredients, such as wild vegetable tempura, magnolia sushi, and hamburgers, all of which are gentle and homemade (o^^o)If you come to Higashi Shirakawa Village, please come! Recommended(*^^*)I don't know if bento boxes are always made, so I think it's better to inquire (*^^*)
