Visited in the evening during the holidays. It wasn't that crowded. There is an indoor bath and an open-air bath, both of which were pleasant. The water pressure in your shower depends on the number of people around you.Rinse-in shampoo and body soap are provided. There is free mineral water (subscription bottle type) in the changing room. There is a restaurant and small rest area in front of the front desk, with two three-person tables and a counter facing the wall that seats about seven people. There are electrical outlets, and you can drink coffee for free. You can also check the password for the in-house Wi-Fi there.Just past the bathhouse, there is a tatami rest room in the back, with comics and magazines, as well as cushions and pillows, so you can relax.I felt it was a little expensive since the public bath, Nakanoyu, costs 500 yen.

I used it for a day trip bath. I think this is a valuable option as there are very few places where you can take a day trip bath.I put my shoes in a bag and take them to the changing room, but when I put them in the locker, it gets too small and it's not easy to use.At the reception desk, it was explained to me that becoming a member was boring, but I was able to bathe at the member price by showing my JAF membership card. There is one large indoor bath, one sauna, cold bath, and one open-air bath that can accommodate about 6 people. The open-air bath has a lot of hot spring water and smells like boiled eggs, giving you the feeling of a hot spring. Body soap and conditioner shampoo are available in the washing area. The temperature is stable, but the amount of hot water decreases when other people use it.There is a rest room on the lower floor with lots of manga books. Many people rest while lying down and reading manga. You can also drink coffee for free in the lobby. If the parking lot is full, it's a good idea to go out to the road and use a nearby free parking lot. While waiting for the parking lot, another user told me about it.

Early November 2023I stayed here for 3 nights without meals on weekdays to use it as a base for visiting the fall foliage and hot springs. There are various reviews in this column, but for less than 4,000 yen per night, you can stay in a room with a toilet, TV, air conditioner, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle, as well as a free-flowing hot spring and sauna. Since you can enjoy it for free, I think it's a good deal. It's true that the accommodation building (3rd and 4th floors) looks like an old employee dormitory, and looks dirty from the outside, and you have to climb up the stairs, but the inside of the room has been beautifully renovated, and the door is comfortable with an auto-locking system that doesn't require a key. You can spend your time here. There is no problem with wifi either. The hot spring building (indoor bath, outdoor bath, sauna, small cold bath) has been recently renovated, and is modern and clean. There is also a snack corner (free coffee), a rest corner with tatami flooring lined with manga, and a treatment room. there is. Personally, I also liked the strong wind pressure of the hair dryer in the changing room. The popular hot springs are crowded during the day, even on weekdays, starting in the morning, but the best time to visit is after 7 p.m., when they are about to close (8:30 a.m.).The hot springs are simple springs that are colorless and clear, but there are many other hot springs in the area that have a strong turbidity, such as Takayu Onsen, Nakanosawa Onsen, and Tsuchiyu Pass Onsen, so the simple springs are rather calming when you return to your accommodation. Bathing and sauna hours are limited to 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., but guests can use the facility for day-use from 10 a.m. even after checking out. There are few restaurants where you can eat out in Tsuchiyu Onsen Town (especially closed on weekdays), but if you drive about 10km into Fukushima City, you will find supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants.Towels, toothbrushes, etc. are available at the front desk for a fee, but if you want to save money, we recommend bringing your own toiletries. Also, preparing paper cups and paper plates is convenient for self-cooking (there is no stove). In addition, at the Tourist Exchange Center, which is a 1-minute walk up the stairs at the back of the main building, you can purchase discount tickets (10% off) for day trip baths in the area, and they will also kindly give you tourist information, so why not stop by?Early October 2024 (revisit)Accommodations and hot spring facilities with good cost performance as alwaysThis time, I used it as a base for a tour of Iizaka Onsen and Yonezawa Eight Hot Springs in Yamagata.Looking at the bulletin board in the building, there was a weekly plan (weekly rate) of 19,800 yen and a monthly plan (monthly rate) of 59,800 yen, but when converted to daily rates, they were a little less than 3,000 yen and 2,000 yen, respectively, which is an even better deal. It requires advance payment, but it may be perfect for remote work. Also, at the tourist exchange center behind the facility, there is a good-natured young woman who aspires to become a kokeshi doll maker, and she will enthusiastically teach you about making kokeshi dolls at Tsuchiyu Onsen. Please try to talk to him in a way that does not interfere with his training.

It is located right after entering the Tsuchiyu Onsen area and has a large parking lot. Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked right next to each other with a covered or private bicycle parking area, so it might be a good option for those who like bikes and want a good protection from the rain. Both the indoor and outdoor baths have hot water, and the sauna is large enough to accommodate 4.5 people. There is no cold bath, but there is water that can be poured on it. Maybe it's not enough for sauna enthusiasts? But it's enough for normal use. There's a tatami space where you can lie down for free, there's manga and magazines, and there's free Wi-Fi, so you might end up staying too long. You can also eat light snacks and coffee is free. Isn't the service too good? I want to stop by again when I'm nearby!

Used for day trips. They are trying to give a sense of luxury with a membership system, but it wasn't that big of a facility. The open-air bath, sauna, and cold bath were small and not as satisfying as the price. Food orders end at 7pm. There was no easy-to-understand signage, so I missed out on dinner. It's also difficult to understand how to order.

I used it for a day trip bath. The cleaning was done frequently and there was a feeling of cleanliness.Enough food and drink. The most important part, the bath, was a bit lukewarm, but I guess that's just my preference. The staff were generally polite, but one person laughed as if they were making fun of me, and when I pointed it out, he apologized verbally but kept smiling, making me feel very uncomfortable.
