This is a good old inn that gives you a feel of the Showa era.The room has an air conditioner, TV (terrestrial only), safe, no refrigerator, and wifi is not usable due to poor reception. The toilet, washroom, and bath are shared. There are no amenities, so you will need to bring your own nightwear, toiletries, hair dryer, cooler box, etc.Parking spaces are available on the side of the road, next to the inn's signboard, or on the gravel across the road. The food is plentiful and delicious. I think the cost performance is good. The landlady has a bad leg and is managing everything by herself, so let's just turn a blind eye to some things.

A homely inn. Anyway, the rice is delicious. It is better to apply it at night and in the morning.

It was my first time staying there. This is an old inn. Parking is available on the premises. I was able to park a 2t long car.The sliding door at the entrance was heavy, so I wanted to spray oil on it, but I forgot (^_^;)Now my mom is running the house by herself, so it's a mess. I almost feel the urge to clean it up...It seems like there are a few people helping out.I'm concerned about the hygiene of the hallway, but I decided not to look at it (lol)The room I stayed in didn't have a door lock. Inner lock onlyAn 8 tatami room at the back of the second floor. The air conditioner was broken so I turned on the fan heater. Air conditioner dangerous (as of 2023/11)The room temperature was 8℃ at 5:00 in the morning, so I warmed it up, but when I looked at it at 6:00, it was 11℃⤵️When you run out of kerosene, there is a kerosene tank located directly outside the bathroom. When I was there, it was selfie (lol)There is a safe in the room.Wi-Fi is extremely slowThe refrigerator is shared. →200L?The bathroom is also shared. →The bath is hot and feels the best. The toilet is also shared. →Japanese style, 1 Western style, 1 female Western styleThe bathroom is also shared. If you want to drink bottled beer, be sure to have it chilled beforehand! If you like buildings from the Showa era, go for it✨

You can stay comfortably and feel at home. There's a bank right in front of it, so it's convenient. The parking lot is a gravel parking lot across the street from the building. There is a signboard saying “Mochiya”.

I visited Fukushima to meet my girlfriend around December last year and stayed at Kono Mochiya Ryokan. At the time, the landlady was injured and seemed to have difficulty climbing the stairs, but she guided us around the inn in a bright and courteous manner. Although my time at the inn was short, as I only stayed for one night without meals, I have very fond memories of it. thank you very much.

I used it for one night and two days. The building was reminiscent of the Showa era and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. This is an inn that I would like to use again.

The food is delicious and the staff have a nice atmosphere. However, there is no WiFi, there is a shared bathroom, and although the room has a TV, you can hear sounds from other rooms. So three stars
