Amazing staff and villa! The only downside is too many mosquitoes. The shower area is too open and the sliding doors slides too far so more opportunities for mosquitoes to get in. Other than that, perfect location! Close to everything. In a quiet neighbourhood too and the villa is very spacious. We are def want to come here again soon!

My experience with this villa is the worst. This villa is weird. The villa team sent a message to my friends (who didn't know anything; not sure where you got the number) that we need to cancel the booking, even though I'm the one who booked the hotel. Unprofessional and not responsible. In 2022, I stayed at this hotel and had a good experience, even though the bed and sofa were hard and the pool was stinky. But I gave you a 5-star rating. However, in 2024, I booked again through a travel app with a significant discount from that app. You informed my friends that you are under construction. I'm not sure if it's real or not. I tested by making another booking with a fake account on the same dates (at an expensive price), but I waited for one week and there was no information that your property was under construction. LOL.

Staff were welcoming and it's a good location if you have your own transport. Wonderful to have a private pool and sitting area when you get tired of the crowded beach.

Beware: good villa, horrible agent/manager.We lived on a villa here for a couple of months. Villa is great, with some small downsides like old aircons, but overall very nice.On-site staff like Nova and the guys are friendly, helping, and nice. We loved our time here.Agent/manager that we had though who handled payments and all (I think his name is Ari) is a real pain. Don’t trust him with your money:- He increased the villa price after we shook hands, already payed 50% and had an invoice ready. What a move given that the down payment is not refundable!- He was shady about the security deposit amount, tried to increase that too suddenly- He demanded we pay full villa price two weeks into our stay for next month, though this is never mentioned in contract or no one does that- Upon check out he tried to withhold deposit for a couple of days with no reason, trying to make us wait for the money while he is on the villa alone and we left already- When we check out, he found some “damage” on the pillow that no one ever even lift up from the couch and withhold 220K for it, lolHe is very shady, he can’t communicate clear, and he just kept trying to scam us for some additional money here and there.Not a single interaction with him went without some sort of a surprise.Other than that, a very pleasant stay with good people on a good villa.

I resided in a 3-bedroom villa for 2 months and found the staff to be very kind and courteous. Unfortunately, two of the bedrooms emitted a moldy odor, making my stay unpleasant. Moreover, the nocturnal disturbances caused by barking dogs and crowing roosters kept me awake at night.To add to my disappointment, a disagreement arose between the owner and me regarding the deposit money. Despite leaving $1000 in cash, I was refunded in rupiah, which didn't match the current exchange rate. I had to convert it back to USD and suffered a monetary loss. The owner, unwilling to admit any wrongdoing, stuck rigidly to the contract's terms, leaving me feeling disgruntled upon departure.

Nice private villa with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen-living room, TV with YouTube, air conditioning in each room, water boiler, refrigerator, stove.Minuses:-Our air conditioner broke down for 2 days in a row, so we had to move to the second room. On the first day, the workers came, unscrewed the socket, screwed it back, did not say anything about what exactly was broken. They said we fixed everything. And that same evening the air conditioner broke down again, it turned out that the electrical plugs were just flying out. I myself didn’t bother with the electrics at night, so as not to break anything; the manager was already asleep at that time and we again had to move to another room.-The doors opened very poorly with creaking and effort, the workers lubricated the doors and it became better, but they forgot about the doors in the bathroom. Fortunately, the entire sliding mechanism needs to be changed. The doors themselves are difficult to lock; there is a whole system to close the door.-Even though there is a kitchen. No sponge or dishwashing liquid. No cutting board, no sugar. I had to buy all this myself. When you wash dishes, water flows directly onto the floor, because the countertop was inclined and the tap was not very well located. I had to constantly wipe the floor.-The lighting in the pool did not work. It was repaired, but it did not work for long; after a couple of days, the lantern was again filled with water and the light bulb burned out.-Not very pleasant bed linen.-The hot water tap in the shower kept turning off. And it was so damn annoying that he had to screw it back every time.In general, the villa is good, if the owners took better care of its condition, it would be a top place, for a normal price.

As a Gojek driver, I was very disappointed with the guests in room 4. They shouted and no one answered. The staff couldn't be seen, it took up to 15 minutes to wait for new staff to come out. Please improve service

Spacious villa, close to nearby trendy cafe and restaurants in Canggu. 5mins to Berawa beach by motorbike. Complete kitchen and clean pool suitable for family holiday. Friendly staffs too.

The villa was quite spacious and had complete kitchen equipment, so I ordered a grill at that time, but I only found a small frog in the pool when I was trying to swim. It seems like it's more worth it here if it's crowded. The bathroom was not clean, the walls were covered in moss.
