If you want to experience Japanese tradition, atmosphere, service, and taste, this is the place...!!Neat and clean accommodation atmosphere/direction, clean rooms and bedding, shower facilities and toilet....Moreover, the best total service and the sincerity and attention of the owner dripping with humanity...goTwo nights of great emotion and satisfaction...I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay and returned home.I sincerely intend to visit again. Thank you so much.Boss, please always be happy and healthy!!

The location is surrounded by nature and there are no man-made objects. You can welcome a refreshing morning surrounded by the wind and the chirping of birds. We also enjoyed meals made with plenty of local sweet vegetables.

I came to Akane, a lodge in Yaotsu Town, Gifu Prefecture that I had wanted to visit after seeing it featured on TV.The new building where we will be staying is separate, so after checking in and relaxing in the room for about 2 hours, we moved to Restaurant Akane for dinner.-------------Course contents-------------------◎Appetizer・Nagaimo somen noodles・White fish pickled in Nanban・Deep fried eggplant・Roast beef salad・Sashimi (grilled goldfish, flatfish, grunt)・Broccoli and chikuwa mentaiko mayo・Vinegared scallops and cucumbers・Natural conger conger drop from Setouchi8 small bowls in a boxPersonally, I liked the white fish pickled in Nanban and the vinegared scallops and cucumbers, and they were all well-seasoned and delicious.◎Steamed food・Seafood ankake chawanmushiContains plenty of seafood such as scallops and conger eel.I'm happy because I like chawanmushi.◎Nabe dishes・Specially selected Hida beef thigh shabu-shabu・Kinmedai shabu-shabuHida beef was very deliciousYou can eat it with sesame sauce and chili oil or dip it with ponzu sauce.◎Fried food・Fried young sweetfish from Lake Biwa・Tempura of conger conger from SetouchiThe young sweetfish and conger conger were both freshly fried and delicious with salt.◎Rice, soup, pickles·corn rice・Clear juice of grated yam kelp・Miso-pickled radish/Shiba-zuke◎Dessert・Catalana·CheesecakeThe food was delicious and the accommodation was good so I would like to come again (^^)

A hidden inn on the mountain. It was quiet and very nice ✨This time I stayed in a detached house, but the bath and food were very good!The thing I was most grateful for was that I had to leave the hotel before 5am because I had to work the next day, so I didn't have time to eat breakfast.However, when I finished my dinner, I was asked when I was planning to have breakfast, and I told them that and I was fine with just one serving! I told her that...if that's the case, I'll make some rice balls to take with her and deliver them to her room later! The person in charge treated me kindly and I was able to take a take-out breakfast to work. Thank you for your kindness and consideration m(__)mThe bathroom in the room also had a nice wood scent and was very comfortable.Please let me use you again! Check out slowly this time...😅
