I guess it depends on what you're looking for in an accommodation. I have no complaints about eating and sleeping.The meal was a warm, home-cooked meal. The taste was delicious and the portion was large enough to fill me up. Refills of rice are free. There is also furikake.As for the service, the hostess was warm and attentive.Guests take turns using the baths, so as soon as you arrive, let them know when you would like to use the baths and make arrangements with other guests. Same goes for breakfast. The contents of the trash can in the changing room remained unchanged the next day.There are 3 parking spaces in front of the inn, and several more in a large parking lot about a 1-minute walk away.You write your address, name, and destination in your hotel book, but you can see everything about other guests, so I don't think it's very convenient from a personal information management perspective these days.From here on, my personal impressions are that I feel like I'm from the city...Small insects that come out in the wash basin every time, spider webs in the toilet and window...The walls are thin, you can hear voices in the hallway, and if the voices are loud in other rooms, you can't hear what's being said. I can hear the sound of the hair dryer. I also thought that turning on the TV would cause trouble, so I turned it off.It's more like a guest house than an inn. It was more comfortable staying at a friend's house, so I don't use it anymore.The accommodation fee is 7,000 yen per person per night, including breakfast and dinner. In terms of price, it is considerably more expensive than other business hotels. There are almost no other accommodations around here, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the next town, Kani, so if you have something to do in Yaotsu, you have no choice.

The rooms at the inn were old and the walls were thin, but the landlady was cheerful and very helpful. The meal was voluminous and filled me up. Recommended for those who like old-style inns and those who want to stay at a cheaper price. It was ¥7200 for one night and two meals. It's not far from Kani Mitake IC and the inn has 3 parking spaces, so you can come and stay by car or motorcycle. There are many sightseeing spots in Yaotsu Town, so we hope you will enjoy sightseeing when you come to stay at Matsuya Ryokan.

I stayed at a Japanese restaurant and stayed overnight without meals to eat Yaotsu's matsutake mushrooms! The lady's smile was lovely and the atmosphere was warm, like visiting a friend's house! It was the best!
