It was the only open-air bath exclusively for babies, so I took advantage of it.I would like to thank the store staff for their warm welcome.First of all, I would like to tell the users that there is no elevator at the nearest station, so if you are using a stroller, you will have to use the stairs. The station timetable does not mention special services, so please be careful. We carried our luggage, we just left the stroller at the entrance, we laid out our own futons, the rumored open-air bath only had stairs, so we had to carry our baby in our arms, the open-air bath room was extremely small, and we had to change clothes etc. It was very difficult to change the baby, much less for those who are not used to changing the baby (we couldn't do it so we wrapped the baby in a bath towel and went to the room). Is the water in the open-air bath for babies lukewarm? Is it cold? There is no place to wash in the open-air bath. Most of the rooms didn't have indoor baths, and to be honest, we weren't used to it, so having separate baths for babies, men's baths, and women's baths was very inconvenient. The room is average, not very clean, you can see dirty parts in some places, there is no trash can in the bathroom, it's a pain to take the trash can to the room, I was hoping for reviews for the room meal, but it was average and the quantity was average. , Baby's uncle was delicious, the breakfast buffet is small and the time limit is 45 minutes even though most of them are with babies. It goes by quickly if you don't eat well, but it's small and there aren't many items so you can choose without much hesitation, but it's small. So it's hard to get a seat because it's crowded with people, and there's no staff on duty all the time, so you have to go to the lobby if you have a problem. For some reason, coffee is only available in the lobby, and most people don't use it. That's it.I had the impression that the Welcome Baby Inn I used before this one was so nice that it was just for the open-air bath for the baby. There are no sightseeing spots around and it's in the mountains, so I'm under the impression that I won't go there anymore.thank you very much.

I went with my family of 4 last month.First of all, when I made the reservation, they called me and explained the distance of the hospital and the temperature in case I felt unwell. Regarding the temperature difference, I was worried about what my child should wear, so this was helpful.I was also asked for my child's name, so I wondered why.I was surprised about the place. It was raining when we checked in, so it was a little difficult to unload our luggage. I was happy to have a cart because I have a lot of luggage when my kids are small. If possible, I would like to have a space in the parking lot so that the back door can be opened for families. When I entered the inn, I was surprised that the staff greeted me and even called my child by name!I thought it was wonderful that all the staff remembered us and even talked to us during meals. The room was nice too, with the living room and sleeping area separated. My husband and I were able to relax even after the children went to bed.The bath in the room was also large, so the kids seemed to have fun.The private open-air bath was also baby-friendly and had a baby cot, and there was also a bath for babies, which was impressive!I was surprised to find such a baby-friendly inn.The food was also very delicious.I was able to relax by having meals in my room, and I was able to have breakfast delivered to my room so I could eat it slowly. When we ate and checked out, the staff asked us to take pictures, and we were able to take family pictures, which was a really great memory.I would like to go again in a different season.

The atmosphere and care of the hostel was great!I also liked that there were many baby-friendly facilities, such as a hot spring bath for babies, a parlor space, and a breakfast area. There was a lot of attention to detail in the food, and the dinner served in the room had a wide variety of items, making it a very enjoyable time. Personally, the miso soup for breakfast was delicious. We also had a luxurious night enjoying the view of the moon and stars from the private open-air bath on the rooftop.I would love to visit you again!

It was my first trip with my 6 month old baby! It was very helpful to be able to rent baby yukata, baby wipes, bumbo, etc. Breakfast could be eaten in the tatami room, long cushions were provided, barley tea for babies was prepared in the room, and other details were taken into consideration, making it very comfortable! One thing is that the bath in the private bath was too hot and I didn't have enough time to adjust the temperature with the shower water, so my child seemed to be a little overheated 😂 When my child is a little older, I would like to stay there again!

I chose this for my first hot spring trip with my 1 year old child. As a result, I am very satisfied!I stayed in a room with a semi-open-air bath.I hadn't been to a hot spring since I was pregnant, so it's been a while since I've been to a hot spring. I was able to relax and soak in the hot springs by myself after my children and husband went to bed, and I had a very happy time. Also, the private open-air bath is OK for babies, so it was a great memory for the whole family. There are no downsides, with courteous and pleasant customer service and carefully selected meals. It was great to be able to eat in my room at night and eat at my own pace! The baby food porridge for the children was also very delicious and they were eating it all the time! Most of the other customers were with children, so I didn't mind if they made a noise.I will definitely repeat it again! thank you very much!

Great deal booked the day before, so it felt like great value. Especially with the in room dinner. The grilled fish on a stick was a highlight. Salty, crispy, but not too dry. Breakfast was a simpler Japanese style buffet but still good selection. There are three onsen choices: full private indoor that you pay extra for, public indoor (I think really public, almost like a sento), and then the outdoor which is private in the evening and bookable for no extra fee, and shared in the morning. Curiously there is no wash station for the outdoor baths, which are also raised up to the third floor on a steel structure, presumably for a view. The Ryokan felt like it had been renovated in the last few years and the tatami room was basic but clean and in good repair. It came across as kid friendly as well with play rooms.
