(+) perfect location. Seminyak area but close to batu belig(+) great value for this kind of room (or house)(+) spacious. With living room and kitchen(+) good pool(-) the utensils were not clean. Some leftovers on the cups. Tho I always rewash it(-) bathub in all rooms BUT not enough hot water to fill in - this is a big disappointment(-) you can hear the sounds of chair moving, water flowing etc from the upper floor, if you stay in the lower floor

Lovely home stay. Very friendly staff and a beautiful swimming pool. Good equipment in the kitchen and a comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Would stay again!

This accommodation was perfect to start our Balinese stay. The location is ideal, close to the beach, shops and very good restaurants for various budgets, while being on a side street so there is little traffic at night. The exterior is magnificent and the swimming pool is a real plus. The room is very large, with a living room and a kitchen. It was very clean and cleaned every morning. There was a fan and air conditioning. Our host was very responsive and helpful, arranging our ride from the airport despite our late arrival, as well as an alternate ride, and recommending a reliable currency exchange. In short, it was perfect!

Such a lovely place. Stayed here with my boyfriend for 1 month (june/july)Despite the busy area with bars, restaurants ans shops just 500 m from the Villa, it has a great placement. So quiet, nice and clean pool every day. The apartment was cleaned when we wanted.There is 4 apartments in total to share the common area and pool, though when we were there, only 1 other apartment with a nice family of 3 was rented out/in use.The villa is 10 min walk from the beach where you can find different beach bars.
