I stayed here a few years ago, before the coronavirus outbreak. My mother wanted to stay here, so I made arrangements, but everything from the telephone response was terrible. I didn't understand how to make a reservation through the website, so when I told them about it over the phone, they asked me, "So? What are you going to do?" The voice of a young man was on the phone. Even back then, it was not a cheap accommodation, and as a staff member, it was too low for a part-time job. The inside of the building is full of dead insects everywhere. There were reed spiders in the room I stayed in, but I thought it was inevitable given the environment. However, the fact that the flashlight used in emergencies was out of battery showed that the minimum equipment inspection had not been done. The food cannot be described as delicious, and the customer service provided by the local staff other than those who answer the phone is often disappointing. I didn't have any expectations at all from the time of the phone call, so it was still better, but my mother, who had been looking forward to it, was depressed. Since then, my mother has never asked to come back here again. I think so myself. I think the location is excellent, but the outdoor sofa for enjoying it didn't look hygienic at all, so I refrained from sitting on it. This is definitely not an accommodation that I can recommend to anyone.

Maybe 23 years ago?The city-run national lodging house has just been renovated and is now called Shoan.I visited with my wife during Golden Week.It smells a bit when I enter the room. The toilet door was open, and when I looked, there was a large bowl of water that I had forgotten to flush into the toilet...That's the worst. I'll rush to the front desk right away. Normal. Then, they said, ``Oh, I'm sorry. We're fully booked today, so we can't change your room.'' and that's it.I will never forget it, and I want to pass it on to as many people as possible.

My wife's long-awaited retirement trip had a disappointing outcome...I booked a slightly unusual inn with elaborate tastes, expecting hot springs and seafood. I knew in advance from reviews that the building and rooms were not luxurious. I had to put up with the low amount of hot water in the bath. I was disappointed when it came to dinner. The seafood was not delicious at all, and the Ise lobster sashimi that I had ordered as a special dish only appeared after I had eaten all of it and cleared away the sashimi plate. It was terrible, lacking in taste, freshness, and freshness. I had to put up with it, but I had breakfast the next day. When the time came, I went to the dining room. full. I was instructed to wait in the lobby for a while. The service was not very customer friendly, so I passed on breakfast and checked out. Was it bad luck? Was it bad behavior? I feel sorry for my wife, and am planning another trip to start over again. Everyone please be careful.

Although it is a historic building, it is in a lot of pain. The atmosphere is somber and calm.

It was my first time using it. |As it is the former prime minister's villa, the inn is certainly in a great location, just as the inn said. A beautiful view greets you as you enter the front door. …

The taste of the food may be a little bland. The building is quite old.
