I had high expectations based on the price and reviews.I made a big mistake. The only good thing was the room. The open-air bath is located in a remote location. It's dark and I get lost, and I can't stay long because I'm afraid something will come out.I had to choose from a variety of dishes,I didn't understand the explanation well and it was troublesome.is at a very normal level. The beef was so tough that I couldn't chew it.Perhaps due to a lack of manpower, the phone is not working. The designated meal time is delayed by more than 10 minutes. It may be a small detail, butI think it's important to be on time.Even though it's a weekday, it costs just under 40,000 yen per person. Not the content. There are almost no repeats.

Gunma Prefecture, close to Minakami Onsen, Unose Onsen ``Yu no Yado Joetsukan'' is a five-room inn located close to the banks of the Tone River. There are two indoor baths and one open-air bath along the river. All rooms are reserved for private use, and there are no separate bathrooms for men and women. The host here is a wine sommelier and does everything from transportation, cooking, reception, etc. What's amazing is that they have a room service menu where you can order aged cheese and ramen for dinner. Customer service is also polite. Naturally, the selection of wine was also very good, and after thinking about it for dinner, I ordered Domaine Alicovar Volnay 1988. Although the color is quite faded, it is in surprisingly good condition. I don't have many opportunities to drink old wine from Burgundy, so I had a good experience this time. In places where there is no sommelier, it is difficult to order something like this for fear of deterioration, and normally the restaurant would not list it in the first place because it is too risky. The quality of the spring water here is simple spring, weakly alkaline, hypotonic, and soft with a pH of 8.24.The source temperature is 53℃, and the bath temperature is just under 41℃, which is just the right amount of lukewarm water that won't put a strain on your body.

Absolute royal treatment at the Joetsukan. Toshi-San took great care of us. The green tea he served at check in was one of the best we’ve ever had, so we bought some on the way out too. Private onsen outside is booked ahead and magical. The indoor private onsens, accessible 24hrs, are equally beautiful. Rooms come with a full fridge, all drinks included (with sake!). Kaiseki dinner included wagyu beef and a local plum liqueur. We got to try some interesting Japanese foods such as konnyaku and yuba which was fun. Definitely recommend the Japanese breakfast too. We stayed just one night but I wish we stayed longer. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in my life.

The wine lineup is average. Although they don't have a wide variety of cheeses, they do have a good selection of cheeses. On the other hand, the cuisine is Japanese cuisine with a French touch, and falls into the category of what is known as ryokan food. Different from Auvergne. The rooms are a combination of a bedroom, living room, and open-air bath, making them spacious and comfortable. I was especially happy that there was an internet-enabled TV. The water temperature of the open-air baths located far away is set to a high temperature, and the location lacks the flavor of open-air baths. In fact, the in-room bath has a washing area and is more convenient to use.

It's clean, cozy, and comfortable. I feel like I want people to go home feeling good. But, why do you think you can get this fee...? Indeed, the room feels like a certain inn in Suzaka, Shinshu, where reservations are not available. But, you know, the two private indoor baths are basically just private baths for men and women. The ingredients, skill, and sense of cooking aren't all that great. I laughed bitterly when I saw sandfish (both albino) appearing in the pottery. The soup is made from fish that is not served as sashimi...it doesn't feel right. I wonder if the sake in the drinking comparison set will be preserved? Oichiku meow. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese and Western food, but the Western food is not so good...After breakfast, cheesecake was served, but water sweets were enough.
