When making a reservation, you will be asked for your name in kanji. You asked for everything including the address and phone number, but even the kanji of the name? I'm responsible for the call charges, so please stop any unnecessary exchanges.

I suddenly had no plans for Obon, so I called on August 12th and was told that there were spaces available, so I took my children and stayed there on August 13th and 14th.I felt that the information at check-in after arrival was a little lacking. I guess it depends on the staff. When I asked them about the location of the room, how to use the refrigerator, and whether I could borrow a carry cart, they kindly provided me with information. I had planned to stay one night in a Japanese-style room and one night in a cabin, but there was no air conditioning in the cabin, I had to check in again after checking out, and moving my luggage was a hassle, so I canceled the cabin and stayed in a Japanese-style room for two consecutive nights. When I asked if I wanted to do it, they kindly agreed, and I didn't have to pay a cancellation fee.We had planned to buy breakfast at the bakery inside the facility, but since it was only open on Saturdays and Sundays, they arranged for us to eat it at the restaurant on the first day, and on the second day we could eat it outside after checking out. I did. Although there is a Family Mart nearby, I thought it would be nice to have breakfast, snacks, and a shop available without reservations even during summer vacation. After breakfast, a young female staff member approached me in a friendly manner and gave me advice on sightseeing, which was very helpful. The male staff at the reception desk on the second day was also very nice, asking me, ``Do you have any trouble?'' every time I met him.The bath was small, but it was clean and comfortable. We are flexible with last-minute reservations and changes, it's cost-effective, the kids can enjoy it, and we're overall satisfied. I would like to use it in a different season next time.

In a secluded place, you can have a barbecue, try your hand at field work, play tennis, etc...and of course stay overnight. It is also sometimes used as a training venue.

I went there for the first time lolThere's no refrigerator in the room, so it's hard to keep your drinks cold, and the bath is a little big, so it's a bit of a problem in the large public bath. The toilet location is far from the BBQ venue lolThere is a river flowing near the venue, and just hearing the sound is soothing.Well, since it's a mountain, there are a lot of moths, moths, and moths, lol. Sometimes I'm surprised! ️
