Check-in time 2024/8/20~8/26Overall it's great (the photo was taken when I was about to check out)🟠Price:The total cost of two people booking on Agoda for six nights plus some discounts was less than NT$5,000 (I stayed in Room 202, and it seems that the more days I stay, the cheaper it gets)🟠Customer service:The customer service is very good. There should be more than one customer service. I ask them in Chinese, English and Japanese, and they will also reply in Chinese, English and Japanese.I used email to ask customer service, and they would reply to messages during working hours. Once, a few weeks before I checked in, I had already made a reservation and found that the information about this hotel on Agoda was missing. I was worried at the time because the price was so cheap, so I quickly wrote to ask customer service, and they said they were adjusting so they took it off the shelves first. A few weeks later, I saw it was put back on the shelves, but all dates showed it was fully booked, but I finally checked in smoothly.Another time, the gas stove couldn't be turned on. I also sent a letter to customer service, and the customer service asked the cleaning staff to send a ignition spray gun (although I didn't use it after that).🟠Check-in method:Because it is an unmanned check-in, you need to send your passport photo to them a few weeks before check-in, and then you will be given the room password the day before check-in. You can enter after 16:00 on the same day by entering the password.🟠Environment:The room is not very big but it is big enough for me to spread out two suitcases (one on the floor and one on the desk)It's a 5-8 minute walk from Kyobashi Station, a major train station. Although there are many izakayas and love hotels nearby, it doesn't feel too chaotic when passing by at night. There was a tram passing by nearby. Although the sound was quite obvious, I didn't think it would affect me too much and I could still sleep soundly.🟠Garbage:There are two small trash cans in the room and a large trash can in the entrance. These three are used for combustible garbage. There is a large trash can in the common area downstairs for non-burnable garbage. I live in six rooms. At night, the big trash can in the entrance was just full.🟠Facilities:➡️One double bed (soft pillows)➡️A sofa➡️A window➡️A small balcony➡️A washing machine (the washing machine is placed in the small balcony, it is super convenient to take it in to dry directly after washing)➡️A box of washing powder (there wasn’t much washing powder when I lived there, and I just finished washing clothes every day for six days)➡️Racks for hanging clothes and a bunch of hangers of different styles (completely enough for two people to hang two days worth of laundry)➡️An air conditioner (the air conditioner can blow the clothes directly and dry them overnight)➡️TV (there are about 11 programs that can be transferred)➡️Vacuum cleaner➡️Microwave oven (this is super convenient, you can buy things from the convenience store and put them away, then heat them up when you want to eat them)➡️Hot water bottle (with water stains)➡️Fridge (not too big, ice may melt, drinks and fruits can be iced normally)➡️Gas stove (I don’t use it)➡️Various tableware (plates, cups, cutting boards, pots, scissors, kitchen knives, etc.)➡️Small bathtub➡️Treat-free toilet➡️Toilet paper (two thin rolls and one removable toilet paper)➡️Change of toiletries (one large and one small towel for each person, a very hard toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and dishwashing liquid)➡️The shower head has a large amount of water➡️Plugs (not many, but there are three extension cords so they are enough)➡️Water heater (must be turned on to have hot water)➡️Desk and chair (with lamp on top)➡️There is a dryer in the public area on the first floor and electric scooter rental for a fee.🟠Summary:Overall, super greatadvantage:1. Cheap price2. Enter from the station3. There are many facilities. The most important thing is that there is a washing machine, microwave oven and gas stove in the room.4. Customer service is very friendlyshortcoming:1. When I adjust the air conditioner to 17 degrees or 26 degrees, the feeling is the same. It feels like the air conditioner is about 26 degrees. Only the air volume can be obviously adjusted up or down.2. The hot water bottle has water stains and the mouth of the bottle is a little yellow (it still works for me)3. I saw a small cockroach occasionally the next day, but not again after that.4. There was water added to the shower gel (it didn’t seem to be there on the first day. I guess it was when the cleaning staff came to light the spray gun for us the next day that they saw that there was almost no shower gel and they added water for us.
