The facility is very old and dates back to the Showa era. It reminded me of forest school in elementary school. The room I stayed in seemed to have been renovated and was small but clean. However, I don't know if the walls are thin or if I made a mistake, but the footsteps and other noises from the rooms above and next to me were so loud that I couldn't relax at all.The bath has a nice view, but there are no amenities such as face wash or lotion.Overall it's not worth the price and I wouldn't recommend it.All the employees, including the front desk staff, were very nice.

October 5, 2024, I arrived at the hotel today on the Club Tourism Kansai 1 night 2 day (old building) tour, and as soon as I entered the room, there was a bad odor (cigarette smell and mold smell). 3000 yen).We recommend that you do not apply for tours where you will stay in the old building.

The hot springs and scenery were better than I expected. Also, the rooms were well-cleaned, so that was a good thing. However, I was surprised that the guest rooms had external doors and that the hallways were leaking badly. The building is severely deteriorated.

Does Club Tourism provide such dilapidated hotels? It was the worst tour ever. The lobby and restaurant are in the new building, but the rooms are in the old building. The walls are black mold, and the hallways are like the dim passages of a dilapidated apartment building. The interior is a Japanese-style room that seems unusable and has a dilapidated kitchen where tour guests are forced to cook their own meals.I hope they demolish the old building as soon as possible. I will never use Club Tourism again!
