I stayed here for 3 nights before and after Obon on a business trip. It was a very relaxing inn with a friendly couple 😃 I hope to be able to take care of you again if I have a business trip nearby. Since it was a hot season, I would appreciate it if there was a refrigerator in the room, even if it was small.

You're insulting the customers. The place doesn't listen to my treatment or opinions at all, and I feel like it's a very condescending place.
