I am a person who posted a review regarding the parking lot,Thank you for the reply from the owner. However, when I looked at past reviews, I found that another person posted a similar opinion to this one two months ago. It makes me sad to see that nothing has improved. When I read the customer's reviews, they said that they had the same problem in the past, so I can only assume that they have no intention of improving it. I think it's better not to give a formal answer.

I used it when visiting Zenkoji Temple. The dining area was on the top floor, so it was nice to be able to see the outside view while eating. I'm looking forward to having soba noodles and local ingredients for the meal. The room is stable. I use it every time I travel, so I've accumulated a lot of points.

The east exit of Nagano Station is on the opposite side of the downtown area, so it's a quiet place with less foot traffic. In addition, the Zenkoji exit is crowded due to heavy traffic, so considering access, this is recommended.

Beautiful hotel. The breakfast place is on the top floor with a nice view. There are only two elevators, which is small considering the size of the hotel. Well, I'll wait.

Close to the train station, very good location.Friendly staff. Checking in via machines is easy at any time. The room is not cleaned daily (it doesn't need to be) but the price is cheaper.Everything clean and OK.

I used it the other night before climbing a mountain. It was still new and very clean and beautiful. The breakfast had more items than other Toyoko Inns and was satisfying.I didn't know that advance reservations were required for the hotel's parking lot, so I couldn't park there. The parking lot guide directed us to a nearby coin parking lot.I would like to visit again when I stay in this area.

A typical Toyoko brand. Although I use Osaka frequently, I am dissatisfied with the breakfast...However, the Nagano Station East Exit had a fairly fulfilling breakfast, and I was able to depart on the day feeling energized. Thank you very much 🙇 I'm just a little confused about where to park 😖.

I stayed here for several nights on a trip to Nagano. It's a new building, and it felt clean overall. However, the drainage in the bathroom was bad and when I was using the washroom, the water was flowing backwards from the drain and my feet got wet, which surprised me!Breakfast buffet, double circle in terms of content ◎The salad was highly rated because it was very fresh 😘There was a large selection of items, and the menu was different on the second day, so I was able to enjoy it without getting bored even if I stayed for several nights. In addition to the miso soup, Toyo Suisan's wonton soup, mushroom potage, and corn soup were also good ☺️As for local food, we had Shinshu soba and apple cider vinegar 🍎 There was Inari sushi, but it was not Karashi Inari from the Matsumoto region of Nagano Prefecture. However, I love Inari so I was happy to be able to eat it every morning ❤️ The small sweets with apple-shaped custard cream were also delicious ✨Coffee is hot only. There were no dairy products such as milk or yogurt. As the word of mouth said, it was very crowded both days😱I wish there was some way to improve the line to get off the elevator. There are only two elevators, so it really takes a long time to get around.I wish the rule of not reserving your seat before taking your food should have been announced in advance, and I think it also needs to be posted. There were some people who ignored the rules here and there. However, most of the people had a spirit of compromise, which made me realize how good the Japanese people are.The view from the dining room is great, and it's great on a sunny day 🏕

Check-in was at 4 o'clock for members. I arrived at 3 o'clock and it was extremely hot outside, so I waited in the small lobby until it was time. Breakfast was extremely crowded. Although the venue was small, there was a long line. However, I was glad that I was Japanese because I was able to enjoy my meal smoothly without any confusion thanks to the staff in charge's appropriate communication and the tact and consideration of the customers in line.
