Room and facilities are averagethe food is deliciousThe crab has cuts that are very easy to eat and you can feel the attention to detail. When my mother-in-law said she couldn't eat because she didn't have an appetite, a burly male staff member made the sea urchin rice from the kamameshi for dinner into rice balls.Even after I rented a car, they drove me to the ferry terminal. It was a very warm accommodation.

Nice pension with helpful staff that's a great base for outdoor exploration. Rooms are simple and comfortable with a/c. If you are overseas, you can book via their website. I found it better to access the Japanese version and not auto-translate, but cut & paste into google translate. You get an auto reply accepting your booking. One nice perk is that they will take you to the Mt. Rishiri trailhead at 4am, which means you avoid the heat of the day on the way up! Evening meal at 6pm which is local produce and highly recommended.

To climb Mt. Rishiri, choose this option that includes transportation to the trailhead. I already knew the name and was lucky to get it. The staff is kind, and the single room is simple but clean and satisfying. And best of all, the food was really delicious, just as I had heard. When I stayed for several nights, I was happy that the dinner was completely different on the first and second days, and I was grateful for the care and attention given to me.They gave us a ride to the trailhead at 4am, and they picked us up right after we descended the mountain, which was very helpful. In the end, the climb was great, and the stay was perfect. If you come to Rishiri Island, you will definitely come back to ``Leramosiri''! ️

I stayed alone for 2 nights in early July. Since it is not possible to make reservations for accommodation on Rishiri Island, I made a reservation because it was the only one available when I was taking a shuttle to the Mt. Rishiri trailhead, and it turned out to be a really good accommodation. First, they will drop you off at Mt. Rishiri at 4am. It's already bright enough so you don't need a headlamp, and there aren't many people who start climbing that early, so you can climb the mountain while the trail is clear. They will also prepare lunch boxes for you. I feel happy when I eat it at the top of the mountain. Now, about the inn, it's clean and has the style of a pension, and the open-air bath has a nice view (although the weather was bad when I stayed and I couldn't see the mountains at all). And the rice is delicious. Many people mentioned the sea urchin kamameshi, but the salted atka mackerel, herring, and sea squirt were delicious. The owner is a guide who writes mountain and plateau maps of Mt. Rishiri, and also does fishing and kayaking, so next time I come with my family, I'll think about doing activities other than mountain climbing. Although we were not lucky with the weather, we are grateful for the wonderful time we had on Rishiri Island.

It was a wonderful pension. The food is also great. The hot water supply system happened to be broken, but I was able to get a ticket to a nearby hot spring facility, so that was a good thing.
