This is my third time staying here. The first time was at Terrace Cottage during Golden Week, and the second time was at Camp Base during the Obon summer vacation. And this time too, I chose a camp base. Depending on your family's schedule, you can stay from Friday weekdays to Saturday and Sunday. The price is reasonable and I am very happy. 2 nights and 3 days with my two beloved dogs.As usual, you can enjoy the bonfire, but I heard that a sauna has been installed, and it smells like wood and feels good in a brand new sauna. Sweetlog comes with an electrically operated sauna. Each of the other three cottages has a sauna that can be rented out for a designated time. This is a sauna with a wood burning stove, so it's a must-see for those who like high-temperature saunas. My husband enjoyed it, but personally, it was too hot... Regarding the sauna, I would like to stay at Sweet Log next time. No two cottages are the same and the fun increases.Now, as for the meal, Gunma's pork shabu-shabu is exquisite. Last time, we had BBQ on the second day, but this time we made homemade curry. It was fun mixing spices and making them with the whole family. The taste is also refreshing. During the day, we enjoyed the vegetables and sausages we had brought in over a bonfire.It rained on the second night, but since we had a tarp, we were able to make a bonfire without any problems. There is a large private dog run, so your dog can also enjoy it.Every time, the room is thoroughly cleaned, which makes me feel good. It seems like they are trying to be creative every day, and at check-in this time, they had changed the provision of bath salts, homemade popcorn flavors, and amenity goods so that they could bring as many as they needed instead of keeping them permanently. . I thought it was very good. The instruction manual for rooms, meals, etc. was also detailed, but you could check it using a QR code. Nowadays, it's good. That's what I thought, but it was a bit of a hassle to search.I was a little confused by the appliances that I'm not used to using, such as the Balmuda microwave oven and the Kamadosan rice cooker, and on the second day I made a huge mistake with the curry rice. I set it to 3 cups because it was curry, but it seemed like I could only cook up to 2 cups, so I was shocked when it turned hard 😱Come to think of it, I think they used to include cooking instructions as well? In a hurry, I searched on Google and was able to eat it, but the very delicious rice turned out to be ordinary rice, and I was disappointed.Other than that, no complaints🥰Ice cream, yogurt, orange 🍊 marshmallows, miso manju, rabbit horns, great service, and it was fun. It was a quick two days.It's close to the expressway interchange, so it's convenient and recommended. I'll come back next year as it's a summer resort where I can stay relatively cool during the extremely hot summer👍
