The room is very clean and comfortable. And I am very impressed with their service. My flight arrived at 7am and planned to put down the luggage and walked around until check in time. They are so considerated and allowed us to check in early! We also requested to change to another side of the room and they helped to arrange as long as the new room is available. The restaurant willing to make me the pancakes at 9pm even this was just on breakfast menu! And they also sent me a little cake surprise on my birthday! The manager Sandy and other staff really did a good job to give us the fantastic staying experience.Not to mention this villa is so convince to the center of Seminyak. Just few minutes walk, you will get good food, good massage, good club..I will definitely recommend to others and come back!

Had a fantastic 10 night stay at the Royal Samaja Villas and couldn't recommend it highly enough.The staff are super friendly and helpful, both front of house and housekeeping.The villas themselves are super safe and had great amenities. Everything is super clean, new and in great working order.The location of the villa is awesome, 2 minute walk to seminyak square and all the restaurants, bars and shops. Without being too noisy.

Excellent location close to everything. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good my favourite was the banana pancakes. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative is the villas on the street side are noisy.

My partner and I stayed at the Royal Samaja Villas for 7 nights and it felt like a luxurious home away from home. The villas are in a very convenient, central location in Seminyak which made it very easy to walk to many places during the day.The villa had everything we needed and we made great use of the beautiful pool. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, they made us feel very welcome and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. My only regret was not dining in the restaurant as the menu looked great!

Another amazing Royal Samaja experience. We keep coming back and it keeps getting better. This place knows how to pamper their guests in every aspect of their accommodation. They are just as good on our 5th visit as they were on our 1st. We are so impressed the management is engaging with the guests – but we must shout out loud that the front line staff are amazing – from Santi the concierge to Dodek in the Kasava restaurant, they and their team are the most helpful, charming and accommodating people you will meet. Congratulations to you all. Keep up the great service. 6 stars and see you again soon.

Such a beautiful place !staff was warm, welcoming and very professional. We spend our fist leg of our honeymoon - poole filled with flowers with both of our names, romantic private dinner, massages- everything that you could dream off . Wonderfull place- happy to recommend.

We enjoyed our stay ,great location walking distance to Main Street .Food was good and reasonably priced .Staff where lovelyUnfortunately we where charged $15 for a towel we used to clean up a spilt cup of tea ,next time I would leave it on the floor for the staff to clean 😡Didn’t matter that we had no water one morning and weren’t compensated for the inconvenienceWe won’t be back
