I asked for a boat platter for a large family stay. I ordered it for about 20,000 yen, but it was a 3-boat platter with white fish, turban shell, sweet shrimp, salmon, sea bream, squid, and more. It was so luxurious that everyone was full! This time, I asked for less sea urchin and shellfish. The dinner dish was also full of fish, which I don't usually get to eat, so I was very satisfied (^o^)Bottled beer is available, but you are welcome to bring your own cans. You can even get ice for your drinks if you ask!The inn itself is old, so it feels nostalgic. There is an air conditioner! The toilet is shared, but it's Western-style on the second floor, but the smell leaks into the hallway, so I ask that you close it every time. There is a room key, but it is hard and difficult. If the bath is empty, you can use it with several members of your family, separated by gender. Shampoo conditioner body soap available. The garage is a bit of a walk, but it's close.I think 8,800 yen for adults (same as adults for 1 futon from junior high school students) during the Obon holiday is quite cheap.

We decided that it would be dangerous to sleep in a tent in the intense heat of summer camping, so we decided to book a guesthouse by the sea and stay there. If you stay at an inn, you'll have air conditioning, futons, a toilet, and even breakfast and dinner. This guesthouse is located in a complicated and somewhat difficult place. A woman greeted me. The building seems to be quite old and it creaks every time you walk in the room. There is no key in the room. Be careful with valuables. There is no refrigerator, pot, kettle, or microwave. I don't even have a glass. The toilet is shared. However, since we were playing in the intense heat, we were grateful for a room with air conditioning. The bath is in the annex across the street, but it's the size of a home bath, so only one person can take a bath at a time, which is rather clumsy. In that case, I thought it would be better to have one family at a time with a reservation system. The mat in the bathroom was so sticky that it made me feel uncomfortable, so I thought it should be replaced regularly. Also, the airflow of the hair dryer was too weak and it was extremely hot. It should be replaced. Dinner is all prepared from the beginning in a separate room. So everything is at room temperature. I would have liked at least an explanation of the dishes. The sea bream is gorgeous and looks great, but I really wanted to eat a variety of other local fish. By the way, grilled fish is also sea bream. Also, the futon is too small. My legs are out. It's summer so I can put up with it, but in winter I'm sure it'll be cold when I step out.I think it will be a better accommodation if they improve the areas that can be improved.

Since I have a connection to Wakasa and wanted to try some winter flavors on my first family trip in a while, I decided to try Wakasa's puffer fish, which is eaten less often than crab.Maruichi-san is a small inn in the guesthouse district of Ano, and the entrance to the inn is a little hidden, so it's hard to tell from the exterior, but the interior is very clean and has a homely atmosphere. I love the stove in the entrance. The rooms are clean and have a kotatsu, making you feel like you're at home. The bath was also a hot spring and was very warm. The most important dish was delicious blowfish, which I was very satisfied with. They listened to our various requests and even prepared pickled sea bream for breakfast, allowing us to fully enjoy Wakasa's fish.Above all, the hostess' smile was warm and nice.In fact, it was so comfortable that I wanted to relax even more. I would definitely like to come again in the summer.

It's a guesthouse, so the bathrooms and toilets are shared, but the people at the guesthouse are very kind and the food is very good for people who like fish. The toilet was Western style.
