You can enjoy a lunch buffet while looking at Nagano Station from above. Starts at 11am and 1pm. All the food was delicious ✨I get the impression that there are a lot of Chinese dishes. The cake is the same size as the one on display at Chateraise stores. The dorayaki was cut. There is also a wide selection of drinks. It's a good way to eat delicious food to fill your stomach.

We used the lunch buffet at the observation restaurant. The customer service was polite and good, so it would have been better if finding a reserved seat had been smoother.Most of the cakes are sold at the shop, and the food was delicious and satisfying.

In the guest room, there were some switches that were difficult to understand, probably because the room was wheelchair-accessible. Furthermore, when I tried to use the outlet that happened to be on the bed, I was surprised to find that it was full of dust.The all-you-can-eat ice cream was appealing, but I wasn't able to eat much of it.Breakfast was like an all-you-can-eat cake, but I was disappointed that I couldn't eat much.

I was surprised to find a “large” leftover from the previous guest in the guest room toilet!It was stuck in a place where I could easily see it.If you look closely, you can see that they are not cleaning the water and other areas, and the cleaning is not even at the level of an amateur.The level of cleaning is extremely poor for a modern hotel. (September 2024)In terms of facilities, while inheriting the ones from the previous hotel, it gives the impression of being updated.However, some people may be concerned about the oldness and the parts that cannot be hidden.The highlight of the hotel's service is the all-you-can-eat service, which uses plenty of Chateraise sweets.Welcome sweets are available every day if you stay for consecutive nights!I wouldn't say it's directly connected to the east exit, but if it's just a minute or two away, it might change the way you enjoy the area around Nagano Station.If you like chateraise, it might be the best, so try staying there at least once!It would be great if it was thoroughly cleaned...

I think it's worth staying at least once if you're a Chateraise fan, but the value of the hotel itself is 1 star.A narrow bath with a view, a small guest room, a restaurant that mysteriously says "It's full", the all-you-can-eat Chateraise sweets are nice but the selection is small, a smoking area that's difficult to locate, and staff members who just smile bitterly and ignore you when you complain. aunt.Cleaning is pretty good.I don't think I will use this hotel again because it made me feel uncomfortable.You can feel that Chateraise is a place to go shopping, not a place to stay.

I made a reservation for the second part (13:00~) on a weekday.Those making reservations will take a numbered ticket and will be guided in the order of their numbered ticket. I arrived 30 minutes early and was number 3.You cannot choose your seat. There were spacious sofa seats for two people, and relatively small table seats for four people. If there are more than 5 people, it seems that sofa seats are guaranteed.Perhaps because it was a weekday, the place was about 2/3 full.Perhaps it was because it was the second part, or perhaps it was something like that from the beginning, but the overall impression was that the food was cold. Nothing piping hot.There are about 5 types of cakes. There are quite a few Japanese sweets and pies. Lots of pudding and yogurt.Most of the food was Chinese and Western food, so when I tried to eat the cake, it was heavier and my chopsticks weren't moving as well as I expected. Food that is thick and cold doesn't go down easily.I guess it was the same for other people as well, so I didn't have many cakes, so I didn't see any other than the first 5 types.I was disappointed because there was something I wanted to try.Of course, the cake was delicious, but since it costs 3,000 yen per person, I don't think I'll return.I was staying at a hotel, but there were many lighter meals for breakfast, and they had a variety of cakes, so I think next time I'll just have breakfast.The staff provided thorough and easy-to-understand explanations, and I didn't have any concerns. The cleaning was also thorough.

According to the previous map, this was Mielparque, so the grounds are large enough and the guest rooms have a great view as there are no buildings blocking either side. The same goes for the public baths and restaurants, with Shiga Kogen to the north and Nagano Station to the south all the way to the Northern Alps.There is a private elevator to the public bath, so it's easy to get there in your jersey or loungewear.*You can see the hotel name as soon as you exit the station, but if you enter the bicycle parking lot along the railroad tracks, you won't be able to get out, so make sure to pass by Seisen and Ohara to access it.

The toilet in the Japanese-style room was a little old, but it was a clean room.I was a little concerned about the lack of friendliness of the front desk staff.I was looking forward to the cake at breakfast, but there weren't many types of cake available, and the refills were mostly the same type, but sometimes a different one came out, and it was quickly taken over by someone else. Ta.My daughter, who doesn't like cream, was waiting for the chocolate cakes to come out, but all of them were cream cakes, so she couldn't eat them at all. I was happy that there was such a wide variety of welcome cakes.However, the price was cheap and I was able to eat ice cream, so I was very satisfied, so I would like to stay here again when I go to Nagano.

The room wasn't cleaned very well, and my hair was falling down.Also, this hotel doesn't list allergy ingredients these days, which is inconvenient, and the staff there are young, so I checked multiple times.Maybe you should have called and asked from the beginning.There aren't many washing areas in the bathroom, so it's probably best to wait until you get there 😊

The rooms are not very good.The staff didn't say hello to me either, and they were so rude that I thought I wouldn't come again. The only thing that makes an impression is the name Chateraise, but everything else is really average.

This time I only used the lunch buffet (*^^*)Recommended for those who like cake buffets and sweet buffets 👍Since Chateraise is open, you can try out a variety of sweets and use them as reference when purchasing at the roadside store 💡It feels like a 100 point lunch buffet including sweets✨️Of course in a good way⤴️The buffet food seemed to mainly be Chinese and Italian 💡 The taste was delicious 💡Also, the shrimp and avocado salad and cocktail salad in a glass were delicious😋🍴

Visited on 24/9. 3,000 yen per person (wine and other alcoholic beverages are charged separately). If you arrive early, you will be given a numbered ticket. Seats are limited, so it's best to make a reservation.I could see the Shinkansen with a good view.Popular items such as yellowfin tuna run out quickly, but they are replenished quickly. From the front: salad, bread & rice, self-rolled tuna, Chinese & creative cuisine. From the far left, drinks, pudding yogurt, ice cream, cakes, Japanese sweets, and alcohol. Placement may change. The buffet was modest except for the tuna, so we finished early and had lots of cake. I would also like to ask about anniversaries, etc.Although I was traveling with a child, I was able to use a baby chair with a table attached to the settee. There was also one high-low chair that you could use with a stroller.There are no nearby restrooms where you can change diapers.

I was curious about it after watching it on YouTube, so my wish came true and I stayed there. At the all-you-can-eat breakfast, I ended up eating 6 cakes lol Being able to eat all-you-can-eat chateraise cakes is really appealing, so if I have another chance, I'd like to stay here again.
