I stayed here while touring with friends. The food was delicious and the bathroom was large and nice. The alcohol vending machine inside the inn is very reasonable and the price is about the same as at a convenience store.I think the accommodation fees are also reasonable. The customer service was also good.Recommended.

We stayed here for one night in the fall of 2022.On the day of my stay, there seemed to be no other guests except me, so they went out of their way to prepare a large room for me.It seems like it's run by a mother and daughter, so I think the temporary closures and customer service difficulties seen in the reviews can't be helped. On the contrary, I think the service is quite good, such as taking me to and from the station and giving me a larger room as mentioned above.I also had breakfast and dinner, and I remember that both were voluminous and very delicious. There are large public baths for men and women, and if you turn on the lights when you use them, you can see the Tone River clearly.I stayed there over a year ago, and looking back on it now, it was a really good inn, so I hope it stays here for a long time.

The customer service attitude was not very good. The food was reasonably good, but the salt on the tempura had hardened, and the dessert came out as soon as we were seated, making it feel like we were being rushed. The futon smelled like detergent or deodorant, so I couldn't sleep, and even though it was June, there were mosquitoes, so I had to put on a vape mat in the middle of the night. There is Wifi, but the connection is not good.It was an inn that I would not use again.

Until a few years ago, I was staying near my relatives' house for 5,000 yen without meals, but one day when I made a reservation, I got a call back and the whole family had gone out, and no one else was there. I received a phone call saying they could not accept my reservation because they were not there. It was my first time at a ryokan like this, and I will never forget my open mouth! It is run by a family member and is a lordly business! I used to stay there several times a year, but it's been over 7 years since I decided never to stay there again!

To put it simply, it's an inn run by an old lady in the neighborhood. There is no need to come all the way; there are better accommodations in the area.I went with my children. The building seems to be new, but it doesn't feel particularly new. It doesn't seem out of place that it is said to be 30 years old. I chose the largest room. The cleaning was very thorough and it was very clean. However, when I entered, the air conditioning was not on and I felt that it was inconvenient. I was a little surprised that there was no refrigerator. The large public bath for women is used as a family bath by three children. The rules are just to turn over the bill at the entrance. However, this rule was not made known to all the guests, so my family and I were nervous about what we would do if a woman came in. By the way, I don't have a key. Come to think of it, it looked like a hot spring. We ate dinner in the large hall. Again, the air conditioning wasn't working very well so it was a bit cold. You cannot order anything separately. Only alcohol can be added. The food was so-so, so I felt like they should have made more money for things like this, but the management was poor. The next morning, I tried to take a morning bath, but even though it said it was 24 hours a day, there was no hot water, so I was at a point where I couldn't talk about it anymore. Aren't they going to do some patrolling in the morning?Breakfast is served in the dining room. I waited for a while with my child, expecting to be guided by the lady at the entrance, but she asked me to find a seat according to my room number with a suspicious look on her face. No, can you just say something like that? The room number is not facing the entrance, so it is difficult to find. Did you think someone would come in through the window? It was a normal breakfast, not particularly tasty.Well, when I checked out, there was an old lady at the front desk, so I talked to her. Grandma is worried that she can't complete the checkout process, so she goes to call another clerk. I wouldn't mind if you simply said, "Please wait a moment," but I can't seem to think of that. why? Yeah, I guess I'm crazy.Well, I will probably never come here again, and I pray for the day when these kinds of inns are weeded out and Japan's tourism industry shines once again. However, I headed back home feeling worried about Japan's tourism industry, thinking that it might be some kind of hobby run by a landowner or something to make a deficit from real estate income.

Even though I made a serious reservation mistake, they did not mention it at all and responded very kindly. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The exterior has a historical feel and the rooms are clean. The quiet location overlooking the Tone River was very relaxing. You can hear insects chirping at night and wake up to birdsong in the morning. The proprietress and young proprietress were very kind and I had a relaxing stay. I will definitely visit again.

It was very nice to take a bath while watching the sunset over the Tone River. Afterwards, the Hitachi beef sukiyaki and sashimi for dinner were very delicious. Also, the hostess and young hostess were kind, which made me more likable and made me want to go again!
