I used it as an accommodation for my daughter's birthday and a trip by 3 women, including my mother.The facility itself is undeniably old-fashioned, as pointed out in other reviews, but it is kept well-maintained and a lot of effort has been put into it.Plus, I was able to spend a really comfortable time with the attentive service and attentiveness.Thank you for the wonderful time♪I will definitely come again! ^_^

I stayed in a Zaraku room on the concept floor with my wife and 2-year-old child.The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff waved to the children and were very attentive.However, there are some concerns, perhaps because the entire facility is aging. There were many...The passage leading to the zaraku room was extremely humid and smelled of mold, and I could see tools being used for construction work here and there, as well as construction drawings taped to the door...There are some large public baths, but they are quite dilapidated and some people may be concerned about them. .If there are people who are planning to stay overnight for an anniversary, etc., I think it would be better to consider the above points as it could ruin the atmosphere...!

I stayed there a few months ago by myself and this time with my family of four. I think they are managing large, old inns with a lack of human resources.The breakfast and dinner meals have a wide variety of items, and I think they put a lot of effort into the quality. I wish they would do more to improve the quality of the all-you-can-drink alcohol.The number of hot springs and the size of each one is also impressive.If you are staying overnight, it would be nice if you could prepare multiple sets of towels or have them in the bathroom.During Asa's check-out time, three parking lot attendants will be waiting in a separate parking lot and will bring your car to the entrance via radio contact from the front desk. It's like a valet service at an overseas hotel.The foreign staff worked hard. thank you.There are a lot of things I would like to point out, but overall I think it's a good value for money hotel and they're doing their best.

[For those using day trip hot springs]Please be careful if you are heading there by car.During the busy season, the parking lot will be in the municipal parking lot.It is best to inquire by phone before using.I use this day trip hot spring several times a year, and when I do so, the staff tells me to use the parking lot opposite the hotel, which is about 100 meters away.I used this facility during the Obon period, and when I parked as usual, I was unable to get out of the parking lot because the staff had parked a guest's car in front of my car.When I asked the staff member (middle-aged, wearing glasses) to move my car, he became angry, and I apologized by lowering my head below my knees, feeling sorry for the inconvenience.After I moved my car, I apologized again and asked, ``The last time I used the car, I was told to park here, so I stopped, but where should I park this time?''Then he got even more angry and said, "That's not what I mean! Please use the municipal parking lot!!!"
