Make a reservation from a certain travel site,I posted a review, but for some reason a large portion of it was deleted.Because the review did not convey the facts,Post a full review on Google. It felt like an inn that focused on groups.Although I was staying for the weekend, I was the only general guest, and only in groups. At check-in,A very cheerful greeting from the couple. The explanation is thorough,Today is a group overnight stay, but it is a training camp for a girls' school. It was explained that the only men of the same sex as me were a few teachers (coaches).Since I was staying for the hot springs, I was relieved that it wouldn't be crowded. Also, the temperature was low that day, soIf you need a kotatsu, we will provide it to you immediately. There was no problem with the response at check-in.However, the etiquette of the group guests was terrible. There were no problems with the manners of the female students, butA banquet was held in the room right next to where the teacher was staying. In the room where guests are staying,There was a big sign saying "Dear..."It's impossible not to know that there are other regular customers. In addition, not only the room,He frequently came out into the hallway and had long conversations in a normal voice.I was waiting to see when it would end,Even after 2 a.m., there was a lot of noise in the room and hallway,Beyond the limit of patience,``I can't sleep, so please be quiet,'' he protested.I was drunk,Although an apology was given and there was no more fuss in the hallway,The party continued in the room, and it finally ended at around 3am.After that, when I thought I had finally fallen asleep,At 6:30 in the morning,The teacher said, “Good morning!!!”In a loud and cheerful voice,I kept knocking on each teacher's room. When he didn't wake up, I kept knocking. The teachers who woke up talked in the hallway.I could hardly sleep. The group guests this time seemed to be regulars,If you are unlucky, you should be prepared to face the same fate as yourself. There is no soundproofing in the room. It's not at a level that earplugs can handle.Group customers make more money than general customers. Also, if you pay attention to regular group customers,There is a possibility of fleeing to a competing inn nearby.I understand that you might lose a loyal customer, butAt least when a group of guests stays,I thought they shouldn't accept reservations from the general public. If it's a large inn,Group guests stay at the main building,I think it might be possible to solve this problem by separating general guests from each other, such as by staying in a separate building. This seems impossible as it is a private inn. There was only a plan to stay without meals, butApparently they served breakfast to group guests. The couple was busy dealing with the situation and self-checked out. There were no problems with the accommodation or the hot springs, butAnyway, I felt that it was an inn that focused on groups and prioritized guests. As a private customer, I will never go there again.

A hot spring inn in the Sarugakyo Onsen area.I suddenly decided to stay in this area, and when I looked for a place to stay, it was cheap and there were rooms available, so I stayed there.I was a little worried because the bath and toilet were not in the guest room and they were shared, but there was a sink in the guest room, so there was no problem with basic personal hygiene. This time I stayed without meals, but the front desk staff was very polite and warm, so I would like to try the food next time. The shared toilet is equipped with a shower toilet. The communal bathroom, changing rooms, and baths are very clean and the quality is better than the price. The indoor bath, which has a higher temperature, and the outdoor bath, which has a lower temperature, are well balanced and can be enjoyed for a long time without getting hot.The building seemed old, so I was worried about the insulation in the room, but even though it was cold in January, I turned off the heating and went to sleep, and I didn't wake up from the cold. The gas stove has a timer, so I set it an hour before I wanted to wake up, so I was able to wake up very comfortably. The only disappointing thing is that there is an ashtray in the common space, and after refreshing yourself in the open-air bath, you can't go back to your room without being exposed to cigarette smoke, and the smell of cigarettes can sometimes even reach your guest room.
