This is my second time using it. The location is easy to find, and if you check in early, you can secure a parking lot in front of your room, and it's easy to load and unload your luggage.The owner couple are very nice and I will use them again when I come near Numata.

Hats off to the store owner for his efforts in maintaining the safety of the entire Numata store while wiping down the outside area from early in the morning. Our smiling customer service warms the hearts of our guests. Even when dealing with problems, they choose their words calmly and carefully when serving customers.Overall, the Numata store is clean and there is not a single piece of trash left. There is no place for dust to accumulate. Shiny everywhere you look. I had a good stay. thank you very much. I was able to sleep well without being bothered by the noise of cars. The power of pair sashes is tremendous.

As the name suggests, it's in a good location and cheap for traveling. Simple and beautiful. The car can be parked right in front of the door, making it convenient to get in and out. The bathroom in the room is spacious. Bread, coffee and orange juice are provided. Relax with check out at 11am

The attitude of the man who seemed to be the owner was unpleasant and I felt disgusted. It was my first time staying at a Hatagoya in Numata, but I don't think there will be another one.We have posted customer opinions from the Hatagoya homepage.

I have used it many times as a base when skiing at the ski resorts in Gunma Prefecture during the winter. You can check in until 11pm, which is very convenient.The rooms are worth the price. The location is very good. Customer service is poor.Regarding the male staff's poor customer service attitude, there have been many specific reviews from other posters, and these posts seem to be based on facts rather than slander.However, once you use it a few times and get used to how to use this facility, there are no particular negative effects. Also, the customer service of the female staff is average.We recommend that you do not expect pleasant customer service overflowing with hospitality, and treat this facility as simply a place to sleep.By the way, even if it snows in the parking lot at this accommodation, the male staff does not shovel it. So, the snow is frozen and slippery in the shaded areas of the parking lot. Be careful where you step.
