The hotel is a bit older and doesn't have a modern look, but the room was large and the breakfast was enjoyable despite a large Japanese selection and rather little Western orientation. There was coffee, scrambled eggs, toast and other bread, butter, jam, yogurt, fruit.The proximity to the train station and the temple were very pleasant.

The room is clean and quiet. Love the shower head and the coffee machine in the room. Besides that, they also provide free coffee and other stuffs. The staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Altough the location is about 7 mins walk from Nagano Station; we really enjoy our 3 night's stay at Chisun.

It is located about 7 minutes walk from Nagano Station.Although the facility is old, it is well-maintained and clean. I had a single room on the 9th floor, but the bed was large enough and comfortable.I was very grateful that there was a wide non-smoking area as I don't like smoking.There were nice services everywhere, such as lockers where you could leave your luggage for free before and after check-in, coffee makers and massage chairs in the rooms, and ReFa shower heads.Although the breakfast venue is not very large, it was delicious with a good selection of Japanese dishes that made use of local ingredients.The price was reasonable and the hotel was highly satisfying.I read reviews that the train noise was loud because it was next to the railroad tracks, but it didn't really bother me.

We enjoyed staying at Chisun Grand Nagano. While the property is a little old, it’s very well maintained, clean, and sufficiently lighted. The room size is spacious. The room service did very good job in cleaning the room every day. Front office desk staff was very helpful with sending our big luggage. Thank you and much appreciated.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it was nice to be able to see the Shinkansen trains arriving and departing from the window.I forgot something and went to get it the next day, but they took care of it properly and I would like to stay again.

Stayed with a plan that included unlimited VOD viewing and late checkout. I didn't really care about VOD because I was looking for a late checkout, but I looked at a quick list of what movies were available, but I don't think there were that many.The room was very clean and there were plenty of amenities and coffee at the front desk, which was great, but I was surprised that the cleaning staff probably came in before check-out time. The person at the front desk apologized, but I was embarrassed because I was almost naked in the bathroom, and to be honest, I didn't feel well and had nowhere to go.

It's a bit far from the station, about 7-10 minutes is an acceptable walk!When we stayed in the summer, free iced black coffee and tea were provided downstairs (only available around the afternoon), and there were also some personal toiletries available. There is an area in front of the elevator with brands of various rental items, such as scales and bicycles.Our room was cleaned and comfortable upon return. The room with two single beds is quite spacious and suitable for people with two large luggages.The breakfast was very delicious. If you want to try Shinshu cuisine made with local ingredients, give this a try! ✨

I stayed for 4 consecutive nights during the Obon holiday in August 2024. The room was a junior suite, so it was spacious and comfortable. I think the cost is a little over 100,000 yen including the parking fee, which is a reasonable amount.Breakfast is only available at the Japanese restaurant on the 12th floor. Most of the menu is Japanese, so it may not suit those who prefer Western food. It's typical of Nagano to have soba noodles. The grated yam was delicious.Parking is located behind the hotel. The entrance is so narrow that I always feel a little nervous about oncoming traffic. However, the parking lot is very close to the hotel entrance and elevator, so it's convenient.

It was very convenient as it was close to the station and downtown. The room was spacious and clean, and I stayed for two nights with breakfast included, and it was delicious and I was very satisfied both days!If you don't want to move around, it's nice that there are izakayas and ramen shops near the hotel 😄The staff at the reception were very kind and I would like to stay here again when I go to Nagano again!It was the best hospitality that exceeded the price!Thank you very much😄

Excellent location!Staff are friendly and polite :)The rooms were comfortably big compared to other hotels! And clean!You should definitely try breakfast buffet. If you want to enjoy your breakfast then try to arrive at restaurant at 8:30am. Otherwise you going to be alone in restaurant around 9am.4.5 stars, the location is very convenient!The room was reasonably spacious, and I was happy to find coffee and small snacks available for guests in front of the front desk.The staff were friendly and helpful, so it was a great stay!One, huh? ? The reason I thought this was that the front desk had explained that breakfast was only served until 9am, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early, but I clearly understood that it would be fine to arrive before 9am. Therefore, if you arrive 15 minutes early on the day of your appointment, your time will be almost up, so please hurry. I was reminded of this.Other hotels allow you to stay if you arrive before the scheduled time, so my interpretation was completely wrong. The other guests seemed to be staying overnight for business reasons, so by 9 o'clock there was almost no one there.If you want to have a relaxing breakfast while sightseeing, it would be best to arrive at least at 8:30!Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay, so I will come back again when I go to Nagano again!
