P.S. The administrator has changed and it is back again. If you like hot springs, it's one of the best in Niigata prefecture.~~~The museum closed on December 24, 2020.The owner is 88 years old and the inn was founded 63 years ago. It seems that the company is closing due to successor issues.Although it is an old facility...the quality of the spring water is very good. It is rare to see a hot spring that is so pitch black. It feels like you can't see the bottom of the bathtub or even the shallow water because it's black. It's a shame that this famous hot spring will disappear like this. However, if only there was a successor...If you are an individual or a company and are interested, please contact us.

The coffee-colored hot water made my skin smooth and the water was very nice. Everyone should definitely go and see it.

Used for day trip bathingIt closed in December last year, but it seems like the management has changed and it has reopened.I was relaxing in the hot springs for the first time in a while, but suddenly the shopkeeper (?) and a police officer came in while I was taking a bath.I said something about the structure of the bathroom, but there was no greeting from my side, and when I finished talking, I said that there were police on patrol and there were people acting strangely, so I should be careful, and then I left.I was feeling very unwell and was thinking about going up, but the owner(?) came in again, took the temperature of the water, and reminded me that I should come up in about an hour.I was a little surprised because I had taken a long bath before. On the way home, the inn staff didn't touch the incident as if nothing had happened, so I just passed by and went home.My previous husband and landlady were very friendly and treated me well, but I no longer feel like going there. It's a shame because the hot springs are very nice.I don't think it will be of much help as it is my personal opinion, and as I wrote earlier, the hot springs are just as good as before.★5 for hot springs, no ★ for others

It closed once at the end of 2023, but has reopened under new management from July 2024. The quality of the spring water is thick and has a coffee-like color, so I think hot spring lovers will fall in love with it. The inside of the building has been reorganized and looks cleaner than before. A hair dryer was placed in the bathroom. There are no lotions or cleansers provided, so you will need to bring your own. Rinse-in shampoo and body soap are provided.

I learned about it at Carrel last year and visited. It was a pleasant hot spring with black mall water.I was thinking of coming back, but when I heard that the business had closed down on my way back from Haishita Onsen today, I went to check it out, and I was shocked to see a sign saying that it had closed down on December 25th.When I was at the entrance, an old lady came out of her room and told me that the business had gone out of business😭

Rating 2Day trip bathing is available at Moor Izumi for 600 yen. I was worried if the store was open, so I called and found out that it would be open an hour later, so I drove out. The owner will keep your valuables safe. It's black water, 30cm long, so black that you can't see it if you submerge your hand in it. There is one bathtub with hair wash etc. There is no hair dryer. There was also a sign saying, ``Hot spring expert Etsuo Noguchi has won the award as one of the top 100 cloudy hot springs in Japan.''Mishimadani Onsen Eiensou, which served a large number of guests for over 63 years from 1963, has now been closed due to the fact that the owner is 88 years old and there is no successor. My memory may be fuzzy, but as I was walking down this red carpet aisle, an ``ah'' came to mind. The scene of walking down this aisle was aired on a TV program a long time ago, and I saw it! It may be different, but this scene and the scene of her heading to the bathhouse matched in her memory. Yes, I'm sure there is a scene where these stairs intersect and go up a small staircase. .No matter what, walk down the red carpet aisle. It feels good to be able to walk on the red carpet even though I'm not an actor at an international film festival. Personally, I like the feeling of walking towards the bathhouse at a hot springs facility at an inn deep in the mountains. A young man who loves Showa era emo came to visit and I thought it would be lively again.

I arrived before noon on Sunday. The building has a Showa retro feel and is dated. Enter through the entrance, take off your shoes, put on slippers, and register. A day trip to the hot springs costs 600 yen. I was told that the bathroom was over there, and as I walked down the hallway, the floor creaked. I remembered that when I walked in my old house, the floor would squeak. There are only baskets in the changing room, and there are no lockers to store valuables, so I think it's best not to bring them into the building. There is no air conditioning in the changing rooms, and the room temperature is affected by the temperature of the day. The bathroom was not large, and the bathtub was large enough to fit 3 to 4 adults. There is also no open-air bath. The water was pitch black and you couldn't see the bottom of the bathtub. When entering the bathtub, there is a handrail, so it is better to use the handrail. There are steps at the handrail, so we recommend entering slowly. The water was pitch black and slippery, not too hot and warmed my body. Even after climbing up, my body felt warm for a while. It was my first time to experience hot water so black, and the hot water was wonderful. The lukewarm hot water was perfect. There are no rest areas, and there are no hair dryers in the changing rooms. I think this is a hot spring facility for people who come looking for high-quality hot water.

As for the location...it's not that bad.Aside from the facilities and customer service, the hot water was nice and relaxing.I visited on a weekday evening, but it was reserved for private use.Since I was traveling in a car, I prefer a nice hot spring like this one where I can soak in a relaxing time rather than a day spa.I would like to use it again if I come to this area, but it is mainly run by an elderly couple...it doesn't seem like it will last forever.

Makes your skin smoothThe source comes out from Karan, so when it's hot, it's best to pour some water over it.
