This is an old house that has been renovated and renovated for Airbnb.Seven people used it for a workshop.The good points were that it was close to Koza Station, making it easy to travel by train, and that the river was right in front of it, making it easy to access leisure activities such as fishing.There are many rooms, including 2 wooden rooms, 2 Japanese-style rooms, and the 2nd floor, so you can have your own space during your stay.The bath, toilet, and kitchen are equipped with the latest equipment, so you can use them without stress.Please note that the restaurant is self-catering, and that nearby restaurants close early and are likely to be full with locals and tourists.Also, since it is an old private house, the ceiling on the second floor is low, making it easy to get your head or feet caught, and you need to be careful about the lighting even on the first floor.

I drove there from Mie Matsusaka.The parking lot is spacious and faces the road, so it was easy to get the Alphard in and out.The Yukawa residence faces the fishing port, and there are temples and shrines nearby, making for a quaint morning stroll.Please note that you will need a car to go to eats or convenience stores, so be sure to research spots within 5-10km.

Fortunately, I was able to use this facility for business training at the time of the new opening.I was able to spend a comfortable time in the beautiful old folk house-style living room while feeling the history and culture of Koza. I visited with a camper, but the parking lot was spacious and safe.It's located in an old town with a sense of history, and the local residents were very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them during breaks.The garden overlooking the port was also lovely and atmospheric. It was a very satisfying stay. thank you very much.
