An inn that looks like a business hotel.However, it was a solid hot spring and the open-air bath was nice. The breakfast service was also excellent, delicious and satisfying!

The hot springs were comfortable and I had a relaxing time. The meat for dinner was also tender and delicious. It seems that it has been renovated, so I would like to visit this inn again after the renovation.

During this period, the lowest temperature in Aizuwakamatsu is around 10 degrees.Despite this, there was no heating in the room and the temperature in the room was around 15 degrees. At this time of year, there was no heating and it was so cold that I couldn't sleep.What's more, there was even a sign saying that it was rare in the bath.Even though check out was at 10amEven though I locked the door, the cleaning lady came at 9am.I unlocked the door and entered without permission.I travel a lot, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

[I would like to see improvements]Guest roomI know there are a lot of stink bugs, but I saw a lot of dead stink bugs on the inside of the window sash, not on the outside. The inside of the light was also covered with tape. I don't really mind insects, but it's really disgusting to see so many dead bodies left in the guest room, and I think there's a reason for the lack of thorough cleaning. I think both can be confirmed and exterminated on the day of check-in...bathThe open-air bath on the 5th floor is only for women in the evening and night, and for a few hours in the morning for men, but I would like to see this changed daily. The shower water pressure in the underground public bath is too weak. I've tried everything, but it's really at a very low level, so I'd like it to be improved.[Good points]Quiet environment away from the city center

I stayed there with my boyfriend, and it was the worst accommodation I've ever stayed at in Japan.The guest room was too dirty and the futon in the Japanese room was cheap.Service was also poor. I really felt like they were cutting costs overall.It's better not to stay there at all.Also, after checking out, I forgot something, so I asked for a ride home, cash on delivery, but I was told that it couldn't be found, so I reluctantly gave up.No matter how you look at it, it should be at the inn.I regret choosing the wrong place to stay.Everyone please be careful.

I stayed overnight without meals. Since it was the Aizu Festival, I couldn't get a taxi. It was without rice, but I couldn't add breakfast. Apparently you can do it at night if you ask.The room was clean and the hot spring was great!The hot spring on the rooftop was also beautiful, and although it was small, it was great to be able to see the mountains while soaking in the bath.

The quality of the hot springs was very good and warmed my body from the core. Self-serve yakiniku is also luxurious and filling. At a reasonable price, you will be very satisfied with the food and hot springs.

I used it for an overnight stay.The employees were very kind, there was a shampoo bar, and the large public bath and open-air bath were both comfortable.Above all, I think the price is reasonable for Higashiyama Onsen.

I completely agree with you about sending addresses posted to other prefectures and desperately erasing bad reviews written by other people, and you are distorting the credibility of the reviews. It feels like an inn.I don't remember exactly what I wrote when I stayed there before, but I insisted with all my might that there would be no service at all, and the room was one where flies kept coming from the toilet, twice. It was an inn that I decided not to stay at.When I was looking at Google Maps, I saw it listed again, so when I looked at it, the previous post had been completely deleted, so I just remembered it.

It seems like they are working hard to delete all the reviews, but if they have any desire to improve, shouldn't they listen to the opinions of their guests? I think the hot springs are good, but to be honest, no matter how serviceless it is, I can't get any help from the front desk.Jalan's copy-pasting of various terms and conditions in the reply section feels sarcastic and I find it questionable as a service industry. ⤵️I can't believe they made me wait for more than 30 minutes to check in.Please install it at automatic check-in machines or use smartphone check-in. 📱

It was a peaceful and relaxing place.The scenery was beautiful and it was amazing that you could use so many different types of shampoo. justI was surprised at how little service there was.Even if I ran out of drinks, they wouldn't come to refill them.Even if the coin laundry is said to be out of business.I was told something that I didn't understand and I ended up not being able to use it.I thought I had left it a little too long.

When I looked into the bathroom immediately after checking in, I saw two used towels. Garbage from other people's toothbrushing. It was my first time staying at such accommodation and I felt uncomfortable. I was worried that even the sheets had not been cleaned. When I called the front desk, I was told that they couldn't help me because there was no cleaning staff. For the first time, he came to clean up after I asked him to at least clean up the cups and towels. It's the worst. I don't want to stay there again.
