Due to the spread of Mount Marapi/Force Majeure dust, the departure of Pelita Air CGK - PDG on flight number IP-354 was canceled on Friday 19 January 2024 at 16:10 WIB.There was no certainty from the airline, we took the initiative to look for a place to stay for 5 people at the Ellia Airport Hotel, to be precise, the two rooms on the far right side of us entered facing each other.In less than an hour we were there, the air in the room felt suffocating with the smell of the room as if it had not been occupied for a very long time. The atmosphere in the room felt scary. Not long after, my child, whose room was opposite, was crying as if someone had strangled him.And the next incident was that in the room I was in, my child was screaming like someone possessed, just because of miscommunication or a trivial problem.Long story short, we finally left the hotel this afternoon even though we had paid in full and were taken by the receptionist and hotel officer to Soetta airport.

I stayed here in 2019... when we first arrived we found that there was a remaining room on the 3rd floor. got it at the very end. Even though we went up the stairs, floors 1 & 2 were empty. In fact, maybe it's just me and Q's friends who are staying there. horror. until we rented 2 rooms, we ended up sleeping in 1 room together. cleanliness is also lacking. dusty.

I am very disappointed with the service of your staff, like checking things in the room without permission... and not friendly at all... please just replace the male receptionist... if you don't want your hotel to be empty of customers. Even though I am a regular customer, the service is poor. This Elijah is getting worse because of some of his employees.....

It's like an old hotel, the elevator is dead, the room is also lacking, like the AC is off and on, then the TV is still a tube TV and it's broken again. But if it's just for transit, it's pretty good for sleeping. And this hotel provides airport shuttle which is very helpful.

The room was not clean, the shower was dead, in the morning the water on one floor was all turned off, I complained to the receptionist that it came on for about 1-2 hours later... the air conditioning in the room didn't have any coolness and kept turning off after turning it on for 10 minutes (even though the timer had been turned off).. there were lots of TVs "the ants", aka can't watch it...improve the services and facilities
