I don't understand why this is a 3 star hotel. The attitude of the man at the front desk is too bad. I ignored greetings, and when I stayed with a group, there were people who obviously changed their attitude towards older people, clicked their tongues at younger people, ignored others, etc. There was a bus to pick us up, but it hadn't been cleaned and there were a lot of dead insects around the edges of the windows and in the space behind them. A student asked if there was anything he forgot in the bath, but he clicked his tongue. That's a terrible attitude. There was a person cleaning the building, but when I greeted him, he ignored me. Regarding the room, the reception was poor and the ventilation was poor and it was very hot. Regarding the bath, the large public bath is small. The food is delicious and the people who prepare it have a good attitude. However, if even one of the 10 employees in the building has a bad attitude, the impression will be negative. This rating is due to one person's bad attitude.

Frankly speaking, it's the worst. The number of people accommodated was set to be large for the size of the room, so when a group stayed, they sometimes slept in the closet.The rules of the inn are very strict, and the owner gets angry quickly. Sometimes the shower in the room only came out with water, and the shampoo and body soap in the public bath were probably the same. The bathtub is too hot to enter. The room is so hot that I can't sleep at night.I don't think I ever want to come here again.Also, the male clerks have a very bad attitude, so be careful when interacting with them.

I visited here in July 2023 for a break while walking around Sugadaira Kogen.It was nice to be able to relax in the spacious space. I would also like to thank the owner of the facility for allowing me to enjoy my time talking with him about various things. Also, I will stop by when I visit Sugadaira.

The man at the front desk has a terrible attitude. The worst thing you can do is change your attitude depending on the person you are dealing with. It's a shame that I can't give any more stars, even though the food is delicious and other people think it's good.

The signal in the room was bad, and when I used the bus for a training camp, the manager sent a bus out, but the bus was driven rough and his attitude was extremely bad when it was just the players. When adults like coaches were around, his attitude changed and it was just the worst.
