Stopped by for a hot spring on the way back from a fishing trip. The hot water smelled of sulfur and was good. There are seats where it is difficult to take a shower. Body soap and conditioner shampoo available. It seems that some cleaning has been done. There is only a hair dryer in the changing room. I wish there were tissues, cotton swabs, and hand soap. The price is cheap! The restaurant had a limited menu of two types, but it was delicious.

I didn't stay there, but I stopped by for a quick look.There were also facilities where you could take a day trip bath.It's a small facility with souvenirs and a restaurant.It seems that TV Tokyo's charging trip has arrived.

A sulfur spring gushes out at the entrance. Just the smell makes you feel like you're in a hot spring hotel. I'm staying overnight without meals. It is a little far from Akishina Station. I am using a rental car. I visited here because my usual inn was fully booked as it was tourist season. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but there are not many restaurants. It might be a good idea to use the attached restaurant. The room is clean enough. The TV is small and hard to watch. The futon is laid out from the beginning. If you stay overnight, you will have the privilege of taking a bath in the morning. There is an elevator. I have tea. There are no tea sweets. I would like to use it again.

Dam cards and manhole cards are also distributed at public accommodation facilities. This time I visited for a day trip bath (410 yen). The hot spring uses simple sulfur cold mineral spring with a temperature of 13 degrees and pH 8.0, which is heated and circulated. The hot spring water was flowing from near the center of the bathtub, and when I scooped it up with my hands and sniffed it, I could smell the strong sulfur scent. There is also a restaurant attached, and when I ate the soba noodles, they were handmade and delicious.

Stopped in for lunch just in timeI made chilled Dandan noodles!I even finished the soup!I liked the homely atmosphere overall, so I was finally able to come here at noon.There is no cold bath, but the sauna is also good 👍

In the first half of May of this year, I stayed in a room with a bed with my mother who has bad back problems. The table was a little dirty, probably because it wasn't used much, but it was comfortable.One restaurant meal is very delicious and voluminous 👀 If you eat less, I think it would be a good idea to order a smaller amount of rice.Needless to say, the hot springs were incredibly relaxing! I want to visit again!

Visit for one night with breakfast included. The room was spacious and the food was delicious. Even though the price was during peak season, I felt it was a good deal compared to others. However, I have two major personal impressions.① Air conditioning in the guest room does not workIt's probably a centralized management system. I finally felt a little "cold" after lowering it to the lower limit. Even though it was a cool night, I didn't open the windows and my pores remained open for a while. It took a considerable amount of time to cool down my flushed body after taking a bath. And I spend a sleepless night waking up many times... Summer is just around the corner...② Although the source temperature is 13 degrees...it's too hot.Is Nagano a favorite of locals? It's hot everywhere, including here. But this is my preference, so I'm convinced that it can't be helped. However, outdoor stalls are closed. There's no escape from this. So, I returned to the room and returned to the story of ①. It turned out to be a very difficult stay. I can understand various circumstances, including the difficulty of running a village in this day and age of high prices. But that's management's reasoning. We control the air conditioning to save money, but we don't open the windows to prevent accidents, but what do we do when we can't create a comfortable space? It can't be solved, right? Personally, I will never be able to visit Midsummer again.

Saijo Onsen Tokura is located in Chikuhoku Village, Nagano Prefecture. (202407M)Visited to get a dam card. It looks like a hot spring facility where you can stay overnight. At the entrance there is an explanation of the origin of Saijo Onsen, and inside the building there are Tanabata decorations hanging from the high ceiling. Whether it's someone from the neighborhood or a single woman, it seems like people are using it casually. It seems like a facility with a nice atmosphere. According to information I checked later, the quality of the thick spring water is good. It also has a restaurant, which seems to be popular. When visiting a dam, cards are often distributed to hot spring facilities. If you have time, I would definitely like to go in.

I went on November 12th. I thought it was relatively close to Azumino and Hotaka, heading from Suwa on the public road, but I was wrong. I was tired just from moving. The hot springs and food were good. The rice was delicious. From Rakuten, it was ¥9,500 including breakfast and a separate bath tax of ¥150. Fully equipped with WiFi and auto-lock. The facilities are perfect.

You can stay overnight or take a day trip to the hot springs.I take a day trip bath several times a year, and the hot water is always as pleasant as ever. The water is soft and has a slightly thick texture that feels like it clings to your skin. I really like the feeling of being warmed from the core. The more you sweat for a while after getting out of the bath, the warmer your body will be.There is also a sauna, so you can take your time in the hot springs.The public bath is equipped with body soap and conditioner shampoo.I have never stayed there, but the rooms seem to be full during the holidays. It seems like a popular hot spring inn.The food at the restaurant ``Yamabuki'' is also quite delicious. It can also be used by non-guests.
