We were lucky to find a quint beautiful inn on the way to home from our family cemetery visit, Fuji Reien. My grandmother was impressed with French & Japanese fusion dinner with a professional chef trained from France. Thank you Matsuga Inn, we also enjoyed blueberry pickings. Only part was I had to carry my grandmother as there was steep road towards the entrace.

You can enjoy the atmosphere of Satoyama in the midst of rich nature.The breakfast and dinner meals were also delicious.As a souvenir, I asked for Matsuga's special ice cream.

No towels - can buy small onsen-style one for 350Y each. Quite noisy due to shared bathrooms on each level. Inflexible on guest requirements and dinner/breakfast. Cash only but not told until checkout, then treated like a criminal. Food good quality if eccentric, french-japanese mix not quite as expected.

Thank you for your help the other day. I was able to safely get to my next destination from Ashigara Smart IC. The food made with the grown vegetables is really delicious and I would like to stay here again. Fight hard against boars and birds to protect your delicious food.

It's a close and quiet pension where you can enjoy the countryside alone or as a couple at a low price. There's nothing here, but the food is pesticide-free and mainly consists of vegetables. …

It's a farm that covers the whole mountain, and you can harvest a variety of things, including blueberries.As others have said, the pension had a homely feel, and the food was elaborate, so I was satisfied (^O^)I was traveling by car and there was one nearby, so I felt the negative ions at Sunset Falls, and felt energized at Daiyuzan Saijoji Temple.
