โรงแรมนี้เหยียดคนไทยค่ะThis hotel is nothing but a 4-star scam. Big disappointment in this amazing country. There are a lot more better hotel at lower price to choose in this vicinity.Big hotel with shallow service-mind. I have visited Hokkaido a couple times, stayed in 8 hotels, and this Crown Plaza Chitose is the worst experience I have with a hotel so far. Arrogance hotel staffs. Do expect that they will look down in you if you are a foreigner lady.- The problem started since the first footstep into the hotel. Check-in never been a problem, but for this hotel they told us that we have booked incorrectly and have to bill us a surcharge. Upon checking with our booking detail we are quite sure that we have put in the correct number. The staff refuse to help and just ignoring us there at the reception counter. We are just extremely tired and wanted a bed to sleep. So we kept standing there until the reception lady did some action.- Just the moment we stood up from the lobby’s sofa, an old hotel staff quickly come and rearrange the pillow, just to let us know that he disguised us sitting in the hotel chair. He bowed and greeted Japanese customer very politely, but ignoring us all the time. The only thing he provided us is to signal that we are dirtying his hotel.- The room as extremely old. The air conditioning won’t work. It’s hot and unbreathable. The room has some old tacky bad odor, with dark mold-filled bathroom. I see dust everywhere on the cabinet.- We booked the hotel because we have heard about airport-bus; just to be informed that they have suspended the service for 4 years. The reception told us to walk in the rain about a kilometers with big luggage to the nearest train station.- The breakfast buffet was okay. Just like a standard Japanese hotel. But the staffs in the ‘Haskap’ breakfast room all have the same attitude as the reception. No greeting for foreigner, but very polite with Japanese customers. Once again a reminder that although we pay the full price to this hotel, we are not welcomed here.- The worst experience I have so far is, unbelievably, an egg station at the breakfast buffet. I went in the queue line and carefully wait for my turn to order. The moment I opened my mouth the ‘egg station staff’ just put up a hand to stop me speaking! He murmured in Japanese and just ignoring me there, calling the Japanese business man behind me to order. Even the Japanese business man recognized this and asked the egg staff that should I get the queue first. The egg man just ignoring me there and serve the man just fine. He thought that I didn’t know Japanese, but I do know a couple words so I knew that he racists toward me. I decided to wait for the most hardest egg I have ever get, to see that if there’s no guest, would he serve me the egg. He does it finally, but with a grumpy attitude and throwing a plate to me.This hotel carries the name ‘Crown Plaza’ but it has nothing of a 4 star hotel standard, aside a big old building that seems to lose its former glory. Or it maybe because I am not a Japanese or a man, so they decided to treat me badly. Worst decision to choose this hotel. I won’t recommend anyone to stay here.

The location is great and the breakfast is good. However, the air conditioner doesn’t feel like it at all. It’s not cold and there’s no wind. It’s very stuffy and I’ll sweat even when I sleep.💦

I stayed there the other day. From the time I checked in, they were very polite and nice.It took less than 10 minutes to walk from the station, so it was very convenient for going anywhere, including the airport and Sapporo. The breakfast was also delicious, so I would like to use it again.

After checking out and arriving at the airport, I realized that I didn't have the keys to my car, so I contacted the hotel, who promptly responded by mailing them to my home. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and there is an AEON next door. There was also a family mart inside the hotel. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities, coffee, tea bags, and mineral water for each person. I would like to use it again when watching Escon.

I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Chitose City.If you go to Sapporo, the room size gets smaller, but hereThe hotel was large for a Japanese hotel, and the rooms were comfortable enough that I spent a lot of time at the hotel. It was clean, the water pressure was very good, and hot and cold water came out very well. There is also a Family Mart convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which was very convenient. The location was great and parking was good, so the information staff were all friendly.

Among hotels of this size, this is the highest level. I think it can be said that it is better than a half-baked 5 star. First of all, the location is very good and the breakfast is satisfactory. The restaurants nearby are rated 3 to 3.5 stars, but if you don't really want anything, one option would be to get it done within the hotel.
