They answered all of my questions carefully even before my stay. On the day of my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the location, hospitality, and hot springs. I was especially surprised by the luxury and deliciousness of the food! I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for helping me at the entrance for my first Oze walk. I was very satisfied with the polite service and the food provided by the hospitality. I also liked the quality of the hot springs ^_^ I was also satisfied with the Yamaben rice balls and portable food, making it a memorable trip to Oze ^_^

There is heating, but the whole inn is cold. There is a fan heater in the room, but it does not heat the entire room. Meals are served at a low table with tatami flooring. The food is delicious. In the bathroom, there was no heating in the changing room, so it was so cold that I wanted to jump into the bathtub.

I love a meal filled with sincerity.There is no Wi-Fi in the room, so it is a bit inconvenient. :(The hot spring water is the best.It's slippery.^^

I happened to book this inn on a trip with a friend.I was nervous as it was my first visit, but the exterior and interior of the inn were kept clean and neat, and although the guest room was not very spacious, every corner was thoroughly cleaned and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.Also, something worth mentioning is the bathhouse! ️The spring quality is unique to Togura Onsen, with a slippery feel.Honestly, it becomes a habit.It was crowded with hikers and women's travelers.This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again.Please check it out when you come to Oze.

It's perfect considering the price.The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the hostess is really nice.The downsides are that the amount of water in the shower is too weak, the temperature is too low, which makes it hot in the winter, and the morning bath ends at 8 o'clock.But I want to go again.

Although the building is not that new, the rooms were very clean and the staff at the inn were very nice.Not suitable for people who are concerned about noise.The hot spring was a very good hot spring with thick water flowing directly from the source.

Thank you for helping us add dinner that day! It's cheap, clean, and the food is satisfying. The hot water is also smooth from simple alkaline sulfur hot springs. The rice balls and lightly pickled cucumbers I ate at the top of Mt. Shibutsu were amazing. Thank you for your help ^_^

An inn with a calm atmosphere and delicious food similar to a guesthouse. Parking is limited in front of the building, so please park carefully. The washroom and toilet were shared. It is a hot spring where you can take a warm long bath.The tranquility of the mountains directly below Oze and the absolute social distance (lol) are the best in terms of cost performance.The walls of the room are not thick, so please be quiet. The squeaking sound of the floor also gives it a nice flavor.

It's reasonably priced, clean, and the food is good.The hot springs are thick and alkaline. Your skin will be smooth after taking a bath.The building itself seems to be old, and the noise and vibrations are a concern. Also, the windows had single glass sashes, so it was a bit cold in the winter.

I stayed for one night with two meals included.The food was very delicious.The room was a Japanese style room like a guesthouse, but there was a shared bath./Toilet/Washroom was kept clean.The bath may be a little hot for children.My mother was very responsive and overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Since I was leaving early in the morning, I had my breakfast packed as a bento, and the onigiri (rice balls) were perfectly seasoned and delicious ❤️ The amount of salt was also good 🌼 The pickled cucumbers were also delicious.

For the dish, I chose Joshu beef. Both dinner and breakfast were all homemade and delicious. The hot springs are also very good and I would like to go again. Even when the children were running around, they didn't look disgusted and loved them. thank you very much.

I used it on a ski trip for 1 night and 2 days. The inside of the building was well-cleaned, well-organized, and beautiful. I was also impressed that all the men's restrooms on the second floor had toilet seats with warm water bidets (I don't know because I don't use the other restrooms...).The food was delicious and the hostess was kind and polite.The only regrettable thing is that the water pressure in the shower was weak (as soon as I turned the temperature up, it got weaker. Maybe I just couldn't adjust it, but other users were also bathing with weak water pressure). .Oze is an attractive place even outside of winter, so if I have a chance to go there again, I would like to come back.
