I chose this campsite because I wanted to enjoy Kawaba Denen Plaza to the fullest. I went to Kawaba Denen Plaza every day for three days and never got tired of it! fun! The food is delicious! The children were very excited about the lawn sledding and paid athletics. In addition, there was a shallow river just after crossing the bridge, and many people were playing there. It's probably not suitable for people who want to camp in the great outdoors, but the day-trip hot spring facility is just a short walk away, the scenery is nice, and it has a sense of openness, so it was perfect for my family who wanted to enjoy nature but also wanted a convenient camping experience.

There is a main road right next to it. Due to the snow that fell the day before, it was impossible to enter by car.The toilets are clean. There is a charge for power supply and garbage disposal, but being able to throw away garbage may be helpful.

The area that was thought to be a lawn had a lot of weeds, some of which were rotten and smelly! !It's good to have toilets and water nearby, but if it's at that level, the power usage fee and garbage disposal fee will be charged separately, so I want them to be included in the 4,000 yen fee...It doesn't make sense to include the garbage disposal fee separately...The good thing is that the roadside station and hot spring ♨ are close!

As a campsite, it doesn't have any special added value, and there's a road right next to it, so to be honest, it's not very attractive, but there is a hot spring right in front of it. The location is also good, as there are many spots throughout the village that are working to improve the quality of life and tourism in order to turn the village into a rural utopia, including the roadside station Kawaba Denen Plaza, which is about a 200m walk away.I reserved a campsite on the day of the Kawaba Village Fireworks Festival, and enjoyed the impressive fireworks while camping.

It's like turning a vacant lot full of weeds into a campsite. Not well-maintained or cleaned. The price is high for that. The only strength is that it is close to the roadside station. I wonder if I will visit again.

A word of regretIf I had known about this situation, I would not have made a reservation. There were dead insects and spider webs in the toilet water area, and although the inside of the sink seemed to have been cleaned, there was black dirt in the drain. After you arrive, we will call you to let you know that you have arrived.Afterwards, the staff will collect the fee and give a brief explanation.Other than the fact that open fires are not allowed, the other explanation is that it costs 500 yen to pick up the garbage, and 1000 yen if you use electricity. There are some trees around the site, but there is no shade. However, it seems like the large gravel parking lot is divided into sections for each site. You can often hear cars on the side of the road.I can hear the sound of the river, but it's far below. No vending machines, no street lights. What I thought was grass turned out to be weeds and bald ground.I listed the bad points, but there are also good points. You can walk to the roadside station Kawaba Denen Plaza. You can also walk to a day trip hot spring. If it's sunny, you can expect to see a starry sky.So, 5000 yen for 2 people on Sun and Moon!It was an expensive campsite. There won't be a second time.

Rivers are for swimming. Be sure to swim down the river on the side and jump off the dam.Adults don't have to worry about getting injured or drowning, but of course it's at your own risk.Never leave children unattended when outdoors. The child will die no matter what. There are cars passing by, rivers flowing, and heatstroke is scary at this time of year. There are beasts at night, so please keep your eyes peeled for even a second.

There are roadside stations and day trip hot springs nearby, so you can enjoy them in combination. There are about 10 auto sites, and I think you can set up standard-sized tents and tarps without any problems. There is no administration building and no permanent staff. If you call the phone number written next to the toilet, you will be given the site number. A staff member will come to collect the fee later.Surprisingly, there was a lot of traffic on the side road, and there was almost nothing separating the site from the road, so I felt that privacy protection and crime prevention were a little lacking.
