I used it with about a dozen people. All the rooms were stylish and had a nice atmosphere. The stairs may be a little steep.

Four families used it together in the fall.I was a little nervous after reading past reviews, but I think that's the gap between what I'm looking for and what I'm looking for.The accommodation facility allows large dogs to stay indoors, has a dog run, and allows large groups or multiple families to enjoy privacy while enjoying barbecues, fireplaces, smoke making, and other activities in the surrounding area. If the price was lower (lower), I thought it would be a good value for money.In the first place, when renovating an old rural house, it is normal for the facilities to be damaged and have insects, so I feel that those who are criticizing the project badly are either not doing enough research or are expecting too much. This is a former fisherman's inn, so I think it's a facility where you can have fun with a large number of people, so if you're looking for luxury, you should go to the trendy glamping facilities that start at 30,000 yen per person. Although there are insects, the facility is very clean.By the way, there were no noticeable insects that appeared during this use.Please note that if it rains, you cannot use the terrace on the second floor, and if it is windy, the terrace on the first floor is also unstable, so depending on the weather, you may need a large sheet to block the wind.Also, I think the bath is good for those who want to enjoy a Western-style bath, but I personally found it inconvenient to use, so I recommend using the day trip hot spring at Yukai Resort, which is a 3-minute walk away.You are basically required to bring your own food, but there are affiliated butchers and fresh fish stores where you can order BBQ sets and boat mounds. (Please bring your own BBQ charcoal)In addition, there are butcher shops, fresh fish stores, supermarkets such as Aeon, liquor stores, and convenience stores within a 5-6 minute drive.The sunset over Kashiwajima Island in the evening was also beautiful.I think all participants were satisfied overall.The service is basically self-service, so it's an average 3 star rating.

This is my first visit, but I don't want to give even one star.The room smelled of mold and dust.Poor ventilationIt was a windy day, and the seats outside were torn, and every time a strong wind blew, the doors and seats would rattle and tremble, scaring the child.The bathroom doesn't have proper ventilation, so when you step out of the door, mold grows.Are you really cleaning? ?I don't know if the tableware and other items were dusty or had been checked to see if they had been used by the previous person.The day I checked out, I started having hives all over my body, and when I went to the hospital, they said it was house dust.Is it okay to use such a simple key in this day and age?The entrance has an automatic lock, but the rest is simple and security is a concern.I went to relax, but I was really tired.I don't want to go there again.

I used it with about 11 friends.Each room has its own private space, but there are also several bathrooms and toilets, which is helpful.I was worried because of the bad reviews, but nothing like that happened.For shopping, there was an Aeon store about 5 minutes away by car, so if I needed anything I could go there right away, and I had most of the cooking utensils in the kitchen.I gave it a negative 4 stars because the flow of the bath in room 2 was very poor and hot water pooled in the washing area.By the way, the room is very spacious with plenty of room for around 11 people.

The Shima Boat House was perfect for our stay! All the comforts of home with a peaceful reprieve from city life. So much to do with SUP and Kayaks made available. Definitely a great spot for families and groups of friends!

See past reviewsIf you are worried, please callI asked you a lot of questionsGood response at that timeIf you actually let me goIt's extremely spaciousI went there thinking about past reviews.It was more beautiful than I had imagined and I felt safe!The only insects I actually saw were mosquitoes and crickets.In the first place, I thought it was normal for there to be insects near the mountains, but it was completely fine.I haven't seen any cockroaches!If I had to force it, I had a child.Tell me to take off my shoes in every room.The American style was a little strict (lol)By the way, there is a tatami room on the second floor.You can't enter that tatami room unless you take off your shoes.It was great that I didn't fall out of bed if I slept there!Unfortunately it was raining that dayWe had a BBQ and the kids seemed to have a lot of fun.The garden is large and there are many rooms.I think it's great for traveling with a large group!However, I don't think it's suitable for people who have a germophobe!

The trip I was really looking forward to had a terrible outcome.I was excited because the hotel looked great in photos, but when I arrived and was given an explanation of the room, I started to feel less excited when I noticed the smell of mold and dust and how dirty the room was. When I was led to the kitchen, I immediately noticed the mold on the chairs and was horrified, and then my eyes fell on the staff hurriedly wiping up a spill. I had so many questions about when the cleaning was done, and I almost cried, wondering if I really had to stay in a place like this. The built-in tableware, furniture, and home appliances are dusty and moldy, so I have to buy paper plates and cups.When we finally decided to have a BBQ, the charcoal was so damp that it was difficult to get a fire going, and the chairs outside were also moldy! Even though there were children, there was no place to sit comfortably.I don't feel like I can sleep because I see so many spiders and cockroaches in my room, and I would be better off sleeping in my car. Of course, you can also take a bath at a nearby day trip hot spring.I had no idea what I had come to do. I was hoping it would look great in photos, but I didn't take any photos in the room.As a result, the child's eyes were swollen the next day, and when he went to the eye doctor, he was told it was house dust. Not only my child but also my friend's child is in the same situation. I'm so angry that I can't get over it unless I write a review. I would like my accommodation fee refunded.I will never use it again.
