I've stayed at many different hotels, but this is the first time I've had such a bad experience.Front desk service is very poor.Even though I had made a reservation for the Halloween plan, I was not given a bucket. When I told them about my Halloween plan, they said yes. He handed me a bucket with sweets in it. A child wearing a costume was supposed to be greeted by a staff member.Because that's gone. That's what he said. If it is no longer available, how about the plan description being corrected or notified?When I asked other staff members what the plan contained, none of them seemed to know.Please be careful if you are going for Halloween.When I asked about the soft drinks that come with dinner when I checked in, I was told that they didn't have any. Ask for it for a fee. I was told this, and when I later reviewed the menu listed on Rakuten, it was there. When I went to tell the front desk, it was true. I'll give you a present. However, there was no apology even once, including for the Halloween content mentioned above.I think it would be better to stop serving customers while munching while checking in.Not a restaurant,I decided in advance that I would like to eat in a tent.Even though I told you over the phoneI want you to eat at a restaurant. . That's what I was told.I guess it can't be helped since the tent is in nature, but the sofa was full of mold and the tent was full of mold and smelled musty.I think it's tough for people who are concerned about smells.What was good about my stay wasThe rice was voluminous and tasted delicious!I will never go there again.

It was opened in 2022, and it was very beautiful. There was a river next door that soothed my soul. Many people have cars, and the highway seems to be the best option from central Tokyo or Yokohama.

Since I came by train, I was glad that there was a free shuttle service. There were also packs for the number of people in the room, so we were able to spend a comfortable time.

There were dead insects in the room, and the refrigerator had stains from drinks and hair from the front.The front desk was new and clean.

We stayed for one night and two days, and initially planned to use a cotton tent, but when we arrived and checked inside the tent, we were surprised.There is mold all over the tent and curtain...When I entered the tent, there was a strong smell of mold, which, combined with the light rain, may have caused the spores to spread rapidly.Since I was staying in a tent, I wasn't really worried about insects or the temperature, but I felt like I was in danger if I spent the night there. Definitely not recommended for people with children or people with respiratory problems.Since the weather was unstable, I checked with the front desk to see if there were any spaces available for a dome night stay, and paid the difference in price to change to a dome night stay.The dome is an environment where you can stay overnight. However, the kettle in the room still had water in it, so I stopped using it.There is a bonfire at night, but depending on the weather, it may not be held. Towards night, the weather was cloudy and humid, so they kindly started a bonfire, but the fire was extinguished because the fire was left unattended and the humidity was too high.I think it would have been able to burn if mechanical ventilation was applied, so it was a shame as a hospitality company.The public bath was comfortable.

I stayed at the domeThe key to the door that closes the site where our dome is located is misaligned with the hole, so it won't close.The river is close, the scenery is good, and the dome is comfortable.

I took my three children with me and made a reservation to remember our summer vacation.When I asked about a sudden schedule change due to the weather, I was glad that I was able to change to an available room in the hotel building.I'm satisfied because I can play in the river right in front of my eyes, have a BBQ, and enjoy a hot spring.
